I came here this Sunday and a teenage boy attended me being rude making me constantly repeat my order and giving me attitude he had AirPods in the whole time people kept leaving because they wouldn’t wait the line never coming again

HORRIBLE!!!! the worker (Brandon) had AirPods in the WHOLE TIME, had to repeat order MULTIPLE TIMES! Started having attitude! Was in a phone call the whole time while working!! Unprofessional!!! Ask us the customers for the time! Was very rude overall

It's filthy disgusting like the floors haven't been mopped and I don't know how long it's just as gross I don't know how the health department allows it to stay open.
And they're vegetables half of them are brown it was just I literally had to ask and say can I get some that aren't Brown that's just disgusting.

Two girls that were working feb 26th were so rude it’s ridiculous no wonder we were the only car in the parking lot I’ve been there before just two days ago n the people on the 24th at 5 ish were so kind and respectful I can’t believe I just went into subway to literally be pissed off now and I don’t even wanna eat anymore it’s ridiculous pls talk to your employees cause that’s crazy

I placed an order online, when I went to pick it up they didn't receive it. She asked me to confirm the email I received. I never got an email so apparently there is an issue with the app and the orders don't go through even though I was charged. So she apologized and explained it was an issue with corporate. Ok, no problem. The only problem I had was that I then had to get in line to order even though I had ordered before a crowd of ppl went in. The app situation was not my fault, now I have to worry about being charged twice. The least she could have done due to the inconvenience was taken my order before making me go to the end of the line. Not cool at all. The sandwich tasted terrible and the veggies were old and browning. Definitely don't recommend subway on Farmington Ave in Farmington and have no intentions of returning anytime soon!

I have ordered from here for years without issues. Ordered 2 footlongs today and had maybe 4 paper thin slices of meat on each half of one sub and hardly any tuna in the second. I know inflation and food costs are crazy but I am not going to be back if this is now the quality you are providing. I'll go to Claudia's down the road where they know meat/bread ratio Very disappointing

Got to my hotel late after work, and was visiting from another state. Thank goodness the local Subway was still open, and hooked me up with a great meal! Always delicious! Great cookies too!
