Texas de Brazil - Hartford

I spend close to $300 to eat with my family and the waiters would come out from the back and go to the same table. Bypassing our table barely came to us. Our waitress had to grab them and tell the guys to come to our table. We waited for awhile to eat meat. We spent our time eating rice and bread because the guys wouldnt come to the center to our table. One young black guy with twisties in his hair, i smiled and wave to come over to our table to serve us what he had and he purposely never came to our table entire time. He made sure to rub it in our face by walking past our table, and serving every table around us. It was a terrible experience. Unfortunately. It would be nice if there was structure in how they serve each table. Instead of going to the same table. So unfair to everyone.

I made a 5:00pm reservation on Father's Day for 4 people. We arrived at 4:50pm. We were finally seated at 5:45pm. Our server was very personable, attentive and apologetic for the restaurant being extremely busy. The hot buffet area remained out of food for our entire seating. For the price I paid, we were unable to try everything offered. In any business, if you know it's going to be busy, plan accordingly. Add additional wait staff and post kitchen staff at the buffet area to monitor food supply. If unable to utilize extra staffing, limit diner intake so that it's an enjoyable experience-especially on a special celebration day.

Brandon, our server, was excellent. However, hardly any meat was offered to our table. Brandon asked for them to bring us more but they didn't.

Incredible dining experience. The salad bar was amazing. Our server Eddie was fantastic. He made sure everything was perfect at our table and took care of anything we needed promptly. The meat selections were good and if we wanted extra of any particular meat, Eddie ensured the servers came back. Definitely going back soon.

Eddie is a great server. Full on knowledge of his work and pays attention to details and attentive to what the guest needs. Meat, salad bar, and hot bar were delicious.

My first time visiting this restaurant, food was great will be visiting again. The only thing I can say is that I feel like there wasn't enough rounds of well done meat. Most of the meat coming around was medium rare, we had to ask the manager to have the kitchen bring out some well done meat in which they did. The service was great overall!!

Don't waste your time and money. Horrible cuts, they don't come around often so you won't eat as much.

If you want to feel like you are eating at the food court in the mall, sharing your dining experience with the people at Subway and the pretzel place outside the large glass wall, then this is the restaurant for you.

They were very busy and seemed like they wanted us to eat and leave! NOT like Brazil at all! Food was ok but not a great selection.

I went in Mother's Day and had a wonderful time with my family. We enjoyed the food and the service.

It was our first time visiting Texas De Brazil for the graduation of my sons university and we spent over $600 for party of 4 and at the end of our dining we were ask what's the occasion? It was the graduation of my son and he was served with a lit up candle on an empty plate 😱😱😱 what a shock this was! :(((((. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND DINNING BEFORE. They should put a piece of apple pie from Costco down the road for $12.99 and lit up candle !!!! Would be much better , I think they owner needs to think about that .

This place is unfortunately not as good as it used to be. Had to ask multiple times to have people come to the table with the food and the selection is no where what it once was. Usually I leave feeling stuffed, this time, I stopped for a McDonalds on the way home and should have just started there.

Amazing as always... very attentive server and wonderful selection of meats and on the buffet.

My family went for Easter dining. A little noisy, but very enjoyable experience. Superb service & support provided to my wife in wheelchair. Great team effort. Everything was provided when asked..

That they are open on holidays on which most restaurants are closed is great, but the food quality and service do not suffer. We were there today (Easter) and were there last Thanksgiving. Warm, friendly atmosphere, and as usual, neither of us walked away hungry :)
