This was my first time ever going to a Wendy’s, anywhere, anytime.It started off kind of rough as the staff member was not very friendly. As a customer, when I say to the person standing behind the counter “hi, how’s it going?”, some sort of friendly banter, besides a blank stare would be good. At that point, I asked if he was OK…The food, however, was phenomenal. Way better than the other fast food hamburger type places I have gone to throughout my life. I had a single burger, a medium fry, and a dream sickle Frosty. Very happy with the food. Definitely recommend Wendy’s if you want a good burger quickly .

Tables were fairly clean for this late night visit. Ordered two 4 PC nuggets. They were not hot at all. We were the only ones there at the time. Service was fast because the nuggets( cold) were already in the bin. I recommend keeping less nuggets up so they are cooked more often which in turn results in a hotter product. The latino girl cashier was pleasant and the guy with with green hair was helping her.

I ordered a 10 piece normal nugget with a vanilla frosty on the mobile app. I only got 9 nuggets, 2 of those were spicy nuggets (which I'm allergic to), and they gave me a chocolate frosty. When I showed the recipient, they just said, "No more vanilla, have a good day" in broken English. I'm not going

This place is the worst, no drive thru and service is extremely slow and the place looks outdated and everything looks like it’s falling apart. (I would’ve never know this if i didn’t walk in) I mean you can’t expect a five star experience from a Wendy’s but not like this!I’ll probably never come back no there so much better out there

This place is located next to the westfarm mall just a thought if nothing else in the mall got ur craving to go for it and basic the price might be a little other wise then look up the next to the place in our side of westfarm mall and go to the nearest burger place in well maintain classic and best part out of the menu they have a biggie bag with many type of view in that menu to look up upon it's well made cooking with fries and a drink
