Terrible experience. Management is non responsive
This is their best location. Right by the Farmington river. Drinks are avg. food is good. The view is what brings me back. Service is good for the most part. Their apps are probably above avg to similar venues.
After searching far and wide for a restaurant with a room big enough and a menu we liked, my wife and I rented the River Room at Wood-n-Tap Farmington for apps and drinks the night before our wedding. The room was perfect! The view of the CT River and sunset was gorgeous, and our guests especially liked hanging out on the patio overlooking the river. The food was good, having our own bartender in the room was great, and the staff was super flexible night-of.

Wood-n-Tap is a beautiful restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, especially its outdoor setting by the Farmington River. It features gorgeous waterfront outdoor seating and warm, welcoming indoor seating. The service is generally good, with friendly and conscientious staff who make an effort to ensure a positive experience. The food is good, with fresh and delicious offerings like steak frites and burgers, and attention to detail is important. There is a wide variety of food and a great beer selection, all at reasonable prices. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy a meal with a lovely view.
