Ice cream tastes good, but that’s all this place has going for them. Incredibly overpriced food and portions are skimpy. I will not be back. Definitely don’t recommend.

Fantastic ice cream. Very popular. They did an amazing job on the remodeling of this business. They added beauty to the town. These are the kinds of businesses that the town needs. We appreciate them being here. People come from all over to get their ice cream.

The best ice cream in my area - western ma and northwestern ct. great genuine flavors (no natural or artificial flavors or colors of which I know. Simple, honest, hard working, with local Granby vibe. Right up my line!

I enjoyed the Lemon Bar (lemon ice cream with big chunks of shortbread cookies) and Goat Cheese and Black Berry ice cream....both were soooo very, very good! Also, I appreciate Maria helping me to decide on the lemon bar for my half scoop. Just one question: when are y'all moving to TX? Connecticut needs to share the love with a few other states.???Parking: Small parking lot located behind the building.

The food here is overpriced. There are no two ways about it. The portions I was given in no way match the price I paid.As to the quality, it was average. The menu is limited, at least as far as I was concerned. Only one or two items actually appealed to me.The only good thing I can say is that I didn't need to wait too long for my order. I am willing to go back here, but only passively: if someone I'm with feels to need to eat here, I'll go along, but won't seek it out on my own accord.Vegetarian options: A few things here are vegetarian.I presume all the ice cream is as well.Parking: There are woefully few spots in their lot. Woefully few.Kid-friendliness: Somewhat friendly to all between the awfullest of children. Seriously; if your kid can't behave in public, they shouldn't be allowed out in it.

Bought 4 ice creams. Delicious ice cream. Double Oreo. Wow so good! Atmosphere is very clean and well maintained. Our family found a new ice cream shop. Only drawback was slightly pricey, but is expected when dining at such a nice place with local products being used to create delicious product.

About as good as you can get for unwalkable suburban sprawl. 3/5 Service: Extremely friendly 5/5 Ambiance: Nice indoor seating, clean and pretty interior. 4/5 stars. Ice cream: Tried a dozen different flavors. Doesn't hold a candle to Arethusa, Ashley's etc., on quality. Icy texture and consistency, many flavors are way too sweet or over flavored. The goat cheese berry flavor is OK, but the others were average or below. Not terrible but just average or slightly below average on the whole. 2 out of 5 Value: Very large serving for price. 5/5 Overall: 3

Honestly you can't mess up ice cream, nothing wrong with the product but this is got to be the most overpriced ice cream on the planet. Two other locations you can get ice cream in Suffield Center or Southwick that is just as good if not better and way cheaper.
