I loved it.... It was such a great experience!! But we asked to get a special coffee, we asked to surprise us and we just got a black coffee. Then my husband went back and mentioned to the cashier that he was expecting something better not just black coffee. But the young lady gave him attitude and wanted to charge us a full price for a new coffee. If it wasn't for that it would it be perfect since we travel 30 minutes just to visit the place

Outside seating is nice, and nearby horses are cool. Food is good but expensive. Cold brew coffee is ok. Cranberry chicken salad is great. Banana bread is generational and a must try. Ordering food is a bit of a process of waiting in line outside and then circling within the building. Plan on waiting 15 minutes, and expect to bump into people coming in/out of the building. No AMEX allowed, being another card/cash.

After drooling over Julienâs instagram for nearly a year, I finally found a free Saturday morning to go! And quickly returned on a Friday morning a few weeks later. Everything is absolutely delicious, and you can tell everyone working here is proud of what they do. The donuts, both flavored and plain, are fluffy pillows of perfection. The wildberry crueller?? Melts in your mouth. The second time I went right at opening on a Friday, we snagged âyesterdayâ cookies and donuts at half off. What a treat!! And the espresso drinks. The peanut butter milk mocha latteâŠare you kidding?? Beverage of my dreams. The cappuccino is perfection as well. The flower garden in the summer and the fall decor adds to the truly magical experience. I canât wait to try the rest of your amazing offerings. And so looking forward to your second location! Thank you!!

Lovely setting for an outdoor brunch. Service system isnât quite as seamless as one would hope, but I guess it works. The brisket and egg biscuit sandwich was amazing, as was the almond and chocolate croissant. The savory pastry and croque madame were good but less impressive.

Hands down one of the best if not the best bakery in CT. You are missing out if you havenât been to Juliens!!! Julien and his husband Chris (who used to run the register before they hired their amazing staff!) are some of the kindest bakery owners I have ever met, who truly care about their staff and their customers. Be sure to get there early (8am!!) or youâll risk them selling out. Lattes are always amazing. Love the sourdough chocolate chip cookies, and get your hands on the rotating savory and sweet danishes. Juliens does not disappoint!!! Xoxox
Came three times to try the brisket sandwich and it was sold out. One of the times it was only 10:30 AM, which was weird, considered it was still peak time. Iâve tried the biscuit sandwich w/ avocado cheese though, and itâs nice. But I would not drive for it nor pay the price they asked me to do so. You reply made me go back and double check my arrival (by checking when I called my friend and it was truly 10:30). Surprised by the unprofessionalism and passive aggressiveness! Please go ahead and sue.

Julianâs in Granby is absolutely incredible! These are hands down the most amazing doughnuts Iâve ever had... it's light, fluffy, and perfectly filled with Nutella or jelly. The crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e doughnut is a must-try! Itâs a small spot with no indoor seating, but thereâs plenty of outdoor space to enjoy your treats (bring a blanket if itâs a cool day!). We only tried the doughnuts this time but are already looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu. Iâd call this place a hidden gem⊠but I think I mightâve been one of the last to discover it!
