Coffee machine always breaks, sooo annoying. How can you be Starbucks Coffee of Granby and not serve coffee???!!!!

Ambient room temperature was normal….I sat right next to the speaker and enjoyed the relaxing music on a comfy clean chair while I enjoyed my coffee.
I just realized how weird this review sounds out of context…oh well.

Really disappointed in the way the barista treated my daughter and her best friend this evening. Both girls are 13 and went inside to order their drinks. There was confusion regarding the size of one of the drinks after they were made and when the girls questioned it, the barista became defensive and stated she will make a new one. After 20 mins I became worried and ran in to see what was taking so long. The barista explained she had to make more lemonade. 20 mins to freshly squeeze the concentrated lemonade into a pitcher of water? If it had been an adult, would she have done that? Probably not. There were only two other women who came in after them so it wasn’t due to it being busy. Kindness matters.

If you like burnt, bitter tasting coffee, Starbucks is great. It’s not cheap, and I suspect the people who enjoy Starbucks and buy it every day are the same people that just really like the sugary sweetness of the 20 pumps of syrups they have added. Their breakfast sandwiches literally come out of a freezer, and they warm it up, and I am paying how much for one of those?! I bet all the people that drink this coffee consider it to be “Fancy” coffee meaning that the sugar/sweeteners is what blew them away. Most of these people had probably never seen an espresso machine in their life.

If your not a local who goes here alot than don't go to this starbucks. I like starbucks more than dunkins but after my experience I wish I had gone to dunkin. It was much closer to the campground we were staying at. Worse starbucks experience..

Don't even have to say full order. They always ask...is this Dash? OK drive up
Normal Starbucks menu. It's clean but it's really small inside and there's basically no outdoor seating except for 3 little tables. The staff, though, is SO nice. They're always very sweet and I love coming to this one!

I went in @ 6:09 am . My sever Andy was absolutely amazing. He made sure that my order was correct And he always has these beautiful stickers and always had a friendly and wonderful morning attitude . He always brightens up my day. I just hope they get more people like that .
