It’s subway. Sandwiches are consistent. Service is quick. Never had a bad experience at this location and all workers have been friendly.

I’ve never had an issue with the food here and if you do you can just talk to the employee making your sandwich about what you’d like done differently so all those 1 star reviews about the sandwich being made wrong are stupid IMO. However, I’ve heard from multiple subway employees at multiple locations that they’re not being given the tips they earn when a customer tips with a card (as I often do). The employee that told me this in Granby no longer works there but he was great and always asked me if I’d like any additional veggies etc. Just seems pretty scummy to me that either the franchise or the individual owners do this to their employees. If you appreciate a good subway sandwich, you should only tip with cash I guess. I’d love to hear any response that could justify me hearing this so often.

This has got to be the WORST subway in Connecticut… The woman making the sandwich is very rude watched her yell at a customer for being outside while waiting for his order. They will tell YOU how you want your sandwich and throw the veggies Argue with you and tell you that she doesn’t care it is not her sandwich and doesn’t eat from there anyway!!! ” Only poor American eat here”. If I could give them negative stars I would. Please save yourself from the experience don’t go there

Placed a mobile order for a cold cut combo and was called to tell me that they didn't have that option in stock and they would cancel it, charged anyway and had to go to the store to get a refund. They only ever had one guy working here also, can't handle a rush, not the employee's fault.

I’ve given this place more patience and chances with mobile orders that anyone ever should. If you order and arrive at the expected finish time, it won’t be ready. Ever. Just hope there isn’t anyone in the store or you will be enjoying 20+ minutes waiting for the slowest Subway workflow you have ever seen. Close this store.
