There's a significant change in the restaurant's atmosphere since pandemic hit. Sadly even the the taste, quality and presentation of their food needs improvement and/or may yield back to it's former.Also ordered their famous double fried KFC a.k.a. Korean Fried Chicken but was surprised how it lacks a korean fried chicken quality of being coated in potsto starch, sauce coating was under average.We definitely preferred their previous restaurant aura, vive and quality of the dishes than the latter.

Let me start with I love good ramen! This place is one of the best places in the area and I have eaten at few different spots. Their broth is rich and not too salty. I had the Buddha Ramen without the tofu and it was absolutely fantastic. I literally finished the whole bowl including all the broth and noodles which is a rarity for me!The noodle consistency was amazing. They are definitely not your average packaged noodles. The only time I have had noodles this good was at a ramen place in Austin TX.The only thing I would change is having an option to up the spice level. I love spicy ramen and would have been nice to add a little more spice but honestly it was delish just the way it was!I’m looking forward to going back!Also there are great hikes in the are so this is a great place to stop and warm up after a nice cold weather hike!

We came here pre-Covid and it was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, some of the food went down in quality and taste. The Darkness Ramen used to be so rich and full of flavor, but this time it was a little lacking. The ox tail donburri though was fantastic and I highly recommend it. The service was quick and good.
