When this restaurant first opened the tapas were amazing. Last night, first time in a few years, we got 8 different tapas, tapas were different from when we used to love them. Not one of them was good, they lacked flavor and some had a very weird taste. I'm guessing original chef is gone.

Their special events are the best ! They create a special menu and drinks that compliment the event ! Can’t wait to go to the 80’s prom night !

What a great place for breakfast right here in our own backyard! James isn't just a restaurateur, he's an amazing chef. The loaded potatoes have a bright hit of citrus that makes them stand out, and nobody can touch his hollandaise sauce!Easy to socially distance and have a terrific breakfast! Check it out and support our local treasure!

We were here this past Tuesday night. We had about an hour and a half and figured that was more than enough time to grab a couple drinks, a few tapas and relax. When we arrived, we were not greeted for about 5-7 minutes, the server was in the back organizing the silverware (one is able to see and hear her from where it is located). No problem, we were just here to relax and didn't think much of it. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks as she continued to organize the silverware, and arrange glasses. Again, we were here to relax so didn't think too much of it and sipped on our water while we waited. I should point out there were only three tables filled, we were inside, two tables were outside. After we sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for our food, and no offer for another drink, is when we finally begin to become irritated. We heard the bell ding for our food, however she was outside wiping down tables. Still no offer for a second cocktail, and we'd been empty for a while. Finally about 10 minutes later my husband went outside, and said we need to leave soon can we have another round of drinks, and I believe our food is ready. When she was ready, she came inside and stated to us "it's hard to do everything when you're the only person here" - very unprofessional in my opinion. She took her time bringing out our food. I cannot comment on the quality of the food, because it was lukewarm and dried out by the time we received it. While we were waiting, another gentleman came in, and we noticed he had the same experience. He waited for about 5 to 7 minutes, while the server was again at the silverware. My husband speculated she was trying to get all of her work done, so she could leave right when the restaurant closed. She was definitely not focused on waiting tables, she was focused on organizing silverware and glasses. It's a shame, cute place, wish I could speculate on the food, but it's hard to comment on lukewarm dried out food and a server with a very poor attitude. Left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Tacos are amazing.. however, let’s talk about the Mofongo... Unseasoned tomato paste does not align with the popular belief on how Mofongo should be treated. It was borderline disrespectful. I would understand some type of Sofrito glaze but Mofongo should be dressed much better than the equivalent of gym shorts in a formal affair... please keep it simple. Otherwise, keep doing what you’re doing ?
