Z Catering was an exceptional choice for the catering at a recent wedding. The communication with the managers was easy, organized, supportive, and friendly throughout the planning process. For a tented wedding with 100 guests and a sit-down, served dinner, the food was not only delicious but beautifully plated and served warm and efficiently. Guests raved that the cuisine surpassed the food at four other weddings they had attended.

The staff, including the chefs, servers, and bartenders, were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making the day truly special. When the hired bartending trailer did not show up, the Z Catering team quickly stepped in, setting up a bar in minutes and even making a trip to the liquor store to ensure the bar was fully stocked. As a stressed-out bride, the staff made sure she had a margarita in hand at all times, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Guests raved about the short ribs, arancini balls, salmon with blood orange sauce, and cannolis, among other delectable menu items. The fusion wedding, which included supplemental Indian food, was flawlessly executed, with the Z Catering team handling the additional staff and food with ease. Overall, Z Catering was a standout vendor, delivering delicious food, exceptional service, and a truly memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
