I live in the area and I have stopped here for subs, which were great, but this is a pizza review. Know they were rated high on barstool, so I had to try it. Not impressed at all. I've had better pies from the local market, no joke. Maybe it was an off day, but there's plenty better in the area.

I would've have taken photos of the pizza, but as fast as it got to the table is as fast as it disappeared! We're about 2 hours away and this pizza is by far best I've had. That cheese was top tier. We also had BBQ chicken and the carpanzano special.

Well folks, Carpanzano’s Pizzeria knows how to sling a pie the right way. The food? Top notch — sauce that pops, cheese that stretches, and a crust with some real backbone. Service was sharp and friendly, not the kind where you’re left staring at an empty glass. Atmosphere had that neighborhood charm, though a touch more warmth in the room wouldn’t hurt.
