Chapter One Food and Drink Guilford

We had a great time. Server was FANTASTIC. Food was very good. Garlic bread, oysters were great !!!! Honey garlic shrimp, lobster roll , Rueben, caprese wraps very good. Dessert was good. Only bad thing coffee came out cold. Definitely will be back,

I guess it was an off night, but they were out of many things and it took an hour to get out food. No offer of bread or anything. Manager was apologetic and accommodating, but won't go back.

Sitting on the patio is beautiful and relaxing. Our server, Trinity, could not have been more cheerful and efficient. My salad was a disappointment. It was a ton of arugula with far too many sun dried tomatoes. Dessert was delicious!

Restaurant was near empty and waitress was not happy we chose to eat on patio. Service was slow and not freindly.

Our server was excellent! First time suiting at fire pit and loved it! The chowder (chowdah) is with coming back for again and again!

Our dishes were delicious. I had the blackened chicken and cavatappi served in a spicy cream sauce and my wife had the scallops over a bed of creamy risotto. The waitress was very helpful and offered suggestions on what to order. We would definitely return.

Nice atmosphere on the patio. Unfortunate that the beer taps system was down. Instead had an espresso martini that was very weak, little to no flavor. Food was very good, but service was a bit off. All in all would still go back.

We went here a year or so ago, and had a much better experience. This time there were definitely less people, and the quality of food was poor. There's better places in Guilford to go.

What a wonderful spot on the historic Guilford green! Wonderful views from the dining room, however we prefer the bar. Happy hour is excellent! The food and drinks are exceptional! And Jamie at the bar is friendly, attentive and makes the experience extra special! Would highly recommend!

Great/tremendous bar team . I recommend come between four thirty and 6 for happy hour and then migrate to the dining room for great dinner.

Chef is magnificent on special orders. Bar team is attentative and Pour with " heavy hand" 😃

I had a great meal at Chapter One in Guilford. The PEI Mussels were fantastic, and the Shrimp Scampi was delicious. Our server Erin was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely recommend
