Solid Dunkin Donuts in a good location. Employees were great.

The night time manager, Mari, is an egotistical maniac with a severe attitude problem! Mari should never be in a position of management, she has zero people or management skills. I’ve witnessed her verbally abuse her employees to the point of making them cry. The employees on the other hand are exceptional and should be running the place themselves.

This is our first stop on any trips heading south or west. ALWAYS great service. I think this is the best DD of any I've been to. Excellent service, great food and clean. Thank you D'Andrea Group.

Clinton ct , Glenwood Avenue This has always been my favorite Dunkin in my area. But today sealed the deal. My son is 28 and has nonverbal Autism. He loves being out and about . Especially eating ! My daughter took him to this Dunkin today and he didn’t have his communication app. So she took him to the front and let him ask for what he wanted . The employee was amazing . You see most people don’t acknowledge my son let alone talk to him. This employee went out of his way going back to the donuts holding each one up asking my son to choose the one he wanted while he pointed. They eventually narrowed it down and he was extra nice to my son! It completely touches my heart when someone treats him like a human as he completely knows what’s going on around him. Nonverbal does NOT mean he doesn’t understand. My daughter said my son was so happy and showed it. I feel it’s important to put those shout outs into the world when all we ever see is negativity. So thank you!!!!
