I’m editing my post to reflect the owners response below. As I can admit when I’m wrong and I wouldn’t want to disparage a local business in that sense, as I always try to support and uplift great businesses in town.
I will however, still stand by the service going downhill over the last year- which sorry but it’s true. I will also say, If you want to avoid people concluding that your business is closed, you ought to improve your external communication, update your hours on google, address concerns from patrons on local websites and not reply in a snarky, snotty manner to a loyal customer such as myself being frustrated by your lack of consistent hours, as well as commenting on information I heard from your other customers both by word of mouth and on Facebook. A simple response letting me know that your hours have changed and that evidently I was misinformed, and I would have retracted my prior comment without issue and apologized but now I see that my assertion around your poor service is indeed correct. I stand by my one star review. Thanks.

First I gotta say, the staff at this location is top notch!! Very very nice, and definitely known their products, they are extremely polite and friendly. The flavors of bagels available are fantastic and there is a nice selection of complimenting spreads. The flavors are rich but not over powering. Great little spot to grab breakfast. They do have sandwiches too, but I'm hooked on the bagels!! Side note, the coffee is great too!! Proud to support another local business!!!

I stop in occasionally. Today the service was really bad, all I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese and coffee they could not seem to enter the correct order despite a long wait. She kept overfilling and then emptying the coffee cups, which was cold and tasted awful. And it's supposed to be Ashlawn Farms so idk how it was so terrible. I bought my coworker a coffee but had to apologize to her for it tasting so yucky. The bagels were delicious .Anyway service is spotty, sometimes great, and like today, sometimes pretty bad.
