Great service! I had a breakfast sandwich and the bagel was so fresh, crispy bacon and the eggs tasted like eggs. In other words great, will go back when I’m in that area again

Very clean and modern design. From the furniture choice of the dining room to upscale bakery style showcasing, this is a very nice place to walk in to. Very professional staff with friendly attitude and smiling faces. Donut and coffee both fresh. I liked how while one person was taking the order another one was already bringing my coffee. Well deserved 5 stars

Why is the sausage and egg so small but I’m paying more? Almost $6 for the breakfast sandwich for MINIMAL products…(Check photos) I could have went to McDonalds and tot 2 sausage McMuffins with 2 hash browns for the same price. Also, I had to ask 4 times for 8 ketchup packets. I spoke very clearly when I said “a handful” of packets.

I am absolutely appalled to see how disrespectful and discriminating the staff at this location were to another customer in front of me. This lovely lady and her daughter had a licensed service pet with them which was extremely well behaved and docile. The lady behind the counter began slandering the poor woman and demanding to see papers (which I know is illegal considering I have a licensed service pet as well). Instead of apologizing to the woman she walked away and made another employee come and help. After that I immediately walked out and refused to give this location my money. I am absolutely disgusted with them and will never be returning. The girl had Jet black hair in a pony tail and was maybe in her 30s-40s. She needs to be fired. I wanna say her name was Jessica?

First, the sign tells you to get off I-95 and turn right. That's it. It doesn't tell you that you have to turn right again. So you waste time driving a mile in the wrong direction. Then the bathroom is out of order so you have to use the ladies room, which has a VERY slippery floor. Then the soap dispenser doesn't work and there's only a blow hand dryer. Nobody likes these. When will businesses figure this out? Then you sit down in the cozy room with the fire place to drink your iced latte, but it's freezing in there. Booooooo.
