I wanted to fish sandwich and a half a piece of cheese on it cheese isn't that that expensive it's very cheap can't put a whole piece on and they were very rude to me when I asked why is there only half a piece Guilford McDonald's very rude

I went through the drive through. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. He immediately got on the highway after that. I don't know and as I'm done, I'm driving down the road. I noticed that the sandwich they gave me.It doesn't even remotely resemble my order. I tried to call them and the phone, just rang and rang and rang. Everybody makes mistakes and I understand that, but yeah, it is pretty disappointing that I don't even have the opportunity to complain to the manager.

I stopped in for a coffee. There was nobody in the lobby to be seen. After placing my order on the kiosk, it was another 5min before anyone even was available and took another 10 to get the coffee while no other customer was in the store The coffee was lukewarm at best and not even filled all the way. Very dissatisfied. I worked McDonald's on three separate occasions and could always depend on the coffee. Seems like even that has fallen off...

Terrible service. I bought a large coffee, and when I asked for a refill, they would only fill it halfway. Saying it is the owners policy. After we argued at length, she filled it full. Don't know what owner would rather lose customers for half cup of coffee. They don't even provide napkins unless you buy a large meal.

I've been to this location numerous times, but it's been several months since my last visit and I stopped in again. Can't recommend it anymore.
The kiosk glitched and couldn't take my coupon (same thing happened last visit), and the folks at the register didn't understand my complaint much or offer to remedy the situation. McDonalds has fallen off pretty hard. If you're in the area, I recommend the competition across the street; which i went to after canceling my order. They're friendlier, check up on you to see if your meal is good, and let you know about better deals if theres one applicable to your order.

To whom this may concern my overall rating is a 0/10 , Absolutely disgusting I work in the food industry I will never complain about getting pull forward to wait I understand I get it but when I receive my food with hair in it and a disgusting attitude from the manager there’s only so much I can tolerate, I love McDonald’s whole heartedly it’s a quick dinner or lunch alternative when I’m feeling a little bleh and the manger I can’t even get over her attitude like I’m so lost how in the world is she even a manger then the way she talked to her employees woah I can’t say I’m surprised. I would have loved a refund but her attitude just wasn’t acceptable so I drove off and went about my day it cost nothing to be nice.
