Always a good quick option but they did mess up my order - drive through and I pull up and he's telling me a different meal and then I realize they didn't record my order- I mean it was 2 seconds ago- strange- they had to park me so they can make it which adds to wait time at lunch

Let's start with the fact that I think I saw just 1 employe wearing gloves, and the front lady I just saw here with the hand pushing a bag in garbage and after preparing to put some sandwiches in bags... I'm really stressed out here.. attitude 1 star... ( No, thank you.. no smile, but she could curse in front of my son.. in Spanish, unlucky we both speak multiple languages. I was disturbed of this, but I already ordered and paid... As for food... is like a fake McDonald's. French fries are not fresh, overcooked, and cold. The cheeseburger tastes poor and cold, too. Apples from the happy meal looked moist and expired, with a change of colors. I am aware that McDonald's is not a fancy restaurant, but we all know how it supposed to taste like. Save your dollars and go to another one if you want some McDonald's.

I wanted to fish sandwich and a half a piece of cheese on it cheese isn't that that expensive it's very cheap can't put a whole piece on and they were very rude to me when I asked why is there only half a piece Guilford McDonald's very rude
I went through the drive through. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. He immediately got on the highway after that. I don't know and as I'm done, I'm driving down the road. I noticed that the sandwich they gave me.It doesn't even remotely resemble my order. I tried to call them and the phone, just rang and rang and rang. Everybody makes mistakes and I understand that, but yeah, it is pretty disappointing that I don't even have the opportunity to complain to the manager.

I stopped in for a coffee. There was nobody in the lobby to be seen. After placing my order on the kiosk, it was another 5min before anyone even was available and took another 10 to get the coffee while no other customer was in the store The coffee was lukewarm at best and not even filled all the way. Very dissatisfied. I worked McDonald's on three separate occasions and could always depend on the coffee. Seems like even that has fallen off...
