Panera Bread

I mean long wait time at lunch and they forget a sandwich I call and tell them and have to go back again to get my sandwich but they wait until I arrive to make it even though I just called. They did give me a cookie for my inconvenience but this is the kind of stuff that makes me not want to go back to that location in Guilford.

Today at 9:30am, I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat Ordered avo toast with egg and cheese. The toast was cold, the egg was cold. I spoke to the manager. I told her and her response was well the avacado is cold. That doesn't cool down the toast and egg so much that doesn't cool down hot toast and egg to cold, warm maybe not cold. She didn't offer to reimburse me, even though I explained I couldn't stay to to order. I tossed it as I walked out. It's too bad, I live right around the corner but won't be back.

Convenient and comfortable place

The restaurant was clean & inviting. We had exceptional customer service while we were there. I cant say enough about the food . It was so Delicious, enough for me to want to return again. I highly recommend this establishment!

Placed an online order got charged three times for $20 for my order then when I went to the store they didn’t have my order and when I asked for a refund they told me they weren’t giving me one. Very unhelpful and unprofessional

Serve yourself at sit down prices.

Just went in for something small. The guy had great customer services and I observed how he repeated a large order to ensure that everything was correct.

Closes at 8:00 pm which is the stupidest time to close.

I ordered food from drive thru spend $50 on the food and both Mediterranean sandwiches was below average because it felt like I was eating just the bread no toppings. Also the cinnamon roll was hard as rock and it was flat. I didn’t think of saying anything after eating the sandwich but as soon as I opened the cinnamon roll that was it for me.

Maddie was so helpful today my order was perfect I would recommend coming in to the guilford location.

They gave me a stale bread bowl

Riley was very welcoming at the front counter. Really nice to see on a dreary rainy day. I ordered the Autumn squash soup and half chipotle chicken sandwich. Both delicious and came out very quickly.

Had a decent sandwich and soup in a breadbowl.....next time, as for soup separate in a bowl and the bread bowl on the side.....way more soup that way! LOL. Bought a pastry on way out which was also great and they offer loyalty programs also.
