Came here on a Friday night. It was busy and the server was very attentive. Food was very good. Carbonara especially. Disappointed with the server and the “House Premium Montalcini wine”. He described the wine in the beginning along with specials list. When it was time to order a drink I said i would like the House wine you mentioned. Thinking it was literally “House wine” maybe $10/glass. When i got the bill i was charged $23/glass. I brought this to his attention and he said “i said it was premium wine”. I told him you should let customers know the cost if you charge that much. So between that and the sorbet coming out literally frozen (like couldnt eat, pure ice) it was a disappointing ending to an overall nice dinner.

I have been to Quattro’s several times and the most recent being about a week ago and I can’t stop thinking about the stuffed eggplant! It was layered with a blend of silky, delicious cheese and covered with a pomodoro tomato sauce that my Italian gramma would have approved!Vegetarian options: Salads are Fresh with in house made dressings that are delicious, my favorite had Arugula with artichoke in a lemon dressing and topped with parmesan. YUM!

I ate here tonight at the bar with a girlfriend. Food was good, but unfortunately the service wasn’t great. We waited about 45 minutes just to receive bread and probably a full hour to receive our tapas. We were not asked how everything was, or if we wanted other drinks. Both Parties on either side of us were asked if they wanted dessert or anything else, we weren’t asked so we just asked to get the tab and wanted to go home. Based on my service this evening, I probably wouldn’t return. Disappointing since the ambience was cute and the food was good.

I went for a family dinner and ordered the veal saltimbocca and the chicken Florentine. Juan our server was very helpful and polite. Their jazzy music background was perfect!

It was crowded! Waited over an hour to be seated ! An hour after our reservation! Horrible service! Manager would not even come out to deal with our concerns! I don’t believe that this most expensive restaurant is Italian ! It was the worst restaurant that I have ever been to!
