My wife found a tooth in the tuna fish and now they said they won’t serve us anymore. The manager never got back to us about it. Stay away from this location. They were all sitting in the back talking not doing anything. We will stick with the other locations from now on.
It's very clear that Covid brought with it poor customer service. Now that we are well beyond the pandemic I myself would love to see customer service come back into play. When it comes to spending my hard earned money when dining out or taking out food I feel the customer service experience should be right up there with quality of food.
My husband and I came in for a quick take out sandwich for dinner. As we walked in we observed the employee behind the counter was on his personal phone. I walked up said Hello, how are you? I received no response, he reluctantly placed his phone down and looked up. I asked for my sandwich he actually made a noise like he was aggravated to the point where I asked should I not get that? He said no it's fine. He put the sandwich together with absolutely no enthusiasm what so ever. Was just throwing it together with careless aim and attention. The sandwich itself did not look appealing in anyway, it looked as if it was made from a place of no care, no respect, no love for a paying customer. My husband whom was waiting patiently to order his food was getting more agitated by the moment. The young man never acknowledged him just looked at him waiting for my husband to speak. As the employer was moving my husband's sandwich down the line he accidentally flipped the sandwich over onto the section of the condiments. The tuna and cheese flipping over spilling all over. Crap happens, no big deal, he threw his hands up now more aggravated. Im thinking he will scoop it into garbage and start again, we are patient we will wait. No, he scoops it up slaps it back on the bread and says what do you want on it. No fear he had his gloves on, except for the fact that he had already touched the fridge, utensils, toaster handle, and all the container tops that he made my sandwich from, as well as the mater of where it had landed. Well at least my sandwich looked better now.
My husband was about to lose it but he refrained from speaking. We choose to get out of there rather than confront out of frustration. Hopefully my husband doesn't fall ill later.
We will not be returning anytime soon. We received zero customer service, not a welcome, no hello, not a smile, and not even thank you have a nice night. We suggest the owners maybe have some customer service training available to new employees. After all it is customers that keep businesses in business. As we were walking out the employee picked up his phone again and was back putting the owners money to his best use! Lets make kindness to your customers the norm again! Lady was rude and slow
Sweet chicken teriyaki sandwich on a Italian herb and cheese foot long
Tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, bacon, spinach, onions, peppercinis, oil and vinegar, Chipotle ranch and some other sauce

I always order through the app for pickup. So far I've never had the order be wrong and the food is tasty as always.

Everytime we come the sandwiches are messy and it's only when the old lady with glasses and the young man with the blonde bread and deep voice. They always seem like they hate their job, the sandwhich comes out as if a toddler made it literally my two year old can make a better sandwhich and that says a lot. If you don't like your job there is literally plenty others out there. You chose to work at subway it didn't choose you so take pride in your work cause I did have my sandwich remade and it will still messed up and not cut properly and everything was super sloppy this time around but worse and fell out, I paid for a sandwhich I'm not going to reapply everything after paying a bunch of money to have it made. I'll never come back to this subway. Positive note super clean on the inside which is great customer service is poor. lastly cut the sandwich All the way stop half A$$ doing it and making the customer break the sandwich apart due to your neglect of not knowing how to cut properly. Tell the guy making them to stop using the pearing knife to cut the sandwhich cause it's not working out and it's the wrong knife.

I’ve been to many Subway restaurants and this one tops them all. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the service is quick. I’ve been in there when there was a line of people to the door and I didn’t have to wait long to be served.
