The food is exquisite! The staff was super friendly. The Balissimo and chicken parm…yum!
Food here is so good!! Tons of options! Worker peeps were nice. Even the customers were nice!! Boss lady mamma was even in town from their other store and she was nice too! I wish there was one up in Mass. I got the Belissima sandwich, some chickun nuggetz, lasagna with a notmeatball, and tiramisu. And i got some take home pepperoni, pastrami, and mozzarella. Worth a visit!!
The brownie, pizza and Caesar salad are my fav! But there’s so wrong option everything is delicious and the owner is so sweet!
We had the lasagna and two desserts (sprinkle donut & brownie) all of which was delicious! You can tell they work hard and had a lot of people lined up for the amazing flavors. Couldn't recommend enough!
A wide selection to choose from. Have a decent selection of baked goods as well.
When scheduling a visit to Acadia National Park, we planned a detour and stop solely around visiting Three Girls Vegan in Guilford, CT. We have followed the restaurant for years but we were never close enough to visit. In a twist, we visited Charleston, SC in May and used Happy Cow to find a place for lunch. We ended up at Three Girls on Spring. In talking with the owner and chef we learned the restaurant was the sister restaurant of Three Girls Vegan in Guilford, CT. The restaurants are run by mother and daughters. Concerning our visit to Three Girls Vegan (or Three Girls Eatery or Three Girls Vegan Creamery) it was everything we expected and more. We met the owner/chef and her daughter. Both were so hospitable and outgoing. We enjoyed talking to both and learning about them and the restaurant. We had the Eggplant Parmigiana Focaccia and the Meatball Focaccia Sandwich. Both were amazing and filing. While at the restaurant, we spoke with a customer from New York City who also made Three Girls Vegan her destination while heading to Rhode Island. This is definitely a place you should visit. Based upon our visit, we need to plan a return trip.
Finally was able to give Three Girls a try, it’s been on my list for a while, and it was even more amazing than I was anticipating! They were so friendly and the food is SO good. I love the mashed potato pizza! I cannot wait to go back!
I have been following Three Girls Vegan for a while and have been so excited to stop by. We were vacationing on Cape Cod and drove into CT to have lunch there. It did not disappoint! Emma was fantastic and helped us pick out the best meal! She was kind, friendly and very efficient! This was by far the best meal we had all week! Definitely will order online for shipping to our home and will certainly stop back when we visit the Cape again. Thank you for a very wonderful experience!
We ordered a few things. Visiting Charleston in read about the place. Vegan couple. Had to try it. Absolutely exceptional. Some of the best vittles ever.
Food is delicious and fresh! Love the pizzas and the crispy “chicken” it’s all so delicious!

Amazingly tasty and great selection. Going here is really a treat that you feel good about after eating. Their baked goods are always a pleasant surprise even when I tell myself I’m
just getting a meal! I haven’t practiced a vegan diet since the early 2000’s but still find myself wanting to eat here again and again.

Really great place good deserts , good personnel , great environment , so clean you can seriously eat of the table! That is when a piece of your donut falls, the type of donut you can’t miss a single bite of no matter what, so you pick it up and be thankful you got the experience!

Love this place although having been vegetarian all my life, I prefer foods that do not remind me of meat, dairy, poultry, or seafood, all animals. I think Three Girls does an excellent job with the mock animal foods but I put in a vote for ones that exemplify the best flavors in plant based foods. We loved the Eggplant Parmesan today, and I enjoyed the black bean brownie. I had made tofu balls at home and could totally taste the parsley, herbs, tofu, garlic, onions, bread crumbs, etc. that I made them with.
Their marinara sauce was very tasty! Making food is noble work and I thank all their staff for feeding people kindly.
