This was my first time trying pho so I don't have much to compare it to. I think it was a refreshing mild flavor. I had the beef pho and they offered to throw in some tripe and other meat for free to try which I thought that was a nice gesture. My wife really loved the vegan bun.
Ordered take out, it is very hard to find even with GPS. Once there the food is ok. I am insanely disappointed with the summer rolls, the noodles were over done they were mush, and when I took them out of the package they were so stuffed full each one of them had split, the best one of the bunch fell apart as soon as I took a bite. With 2 orders pricing at 18$ total, and not one of them edible, I'm disappointed to say the least. The Chicken Pho was spicy, and that was literally the only flavor, spice.I support local business, so I'm hoping this was a one off experience. I will be trying it again, and when I do I will update the review accordingly.

I’ve only tried the bahn mí here (both pork and chicken) and they are so good. We love the pork just a tiny bit more, but both are delicious. Came back from New Haven just to get these sandwiches again. Highly recommend!!
