After ordering my own food at the kiosk, I waited 15 minutes while multiple door dash orders were filled prior to mine. They sat there getting cold and soggy while I waited patiently. When my name was finally called, a rolled up bad was handed to me and a very creepy man said “here you are my love.” I took the bag, emphasized that I was not his love and left with the bag in hand. When I returned to work, I opened the bag. My 6 piece nuggets were 4 pieces. My BBQ sauce was ranch. My spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy and had cheese and bacon it. I’m fairly certain I did mess up my own order. I was not willing to go back to the creepy guy to ask for the correct food. I certainly will be avoiding this location in the future.

Somehow whenever I go to this and the Wendy's in Hamden CT, the fries and food are barely warm. Even the drinks are warm. You have to stir that up on the large cup of ice they give you to make your drink cold. You don't get greeted as other fast food restaurants do. It's with "can I help you" or my favorite, "Yesss." The mobile app is a joke. It takes half an hour to place an order, especially if you try to use any of your rewards. That whole system needs to be revamped. Even this survey is asking about tables without giving you the option to say we did not dine in. What a waste of time.

This is the closest Wendy's to my place if work, so I don't have the option of going to another branch. There's always McDonald's across the street though. It's been looking very tempting lately.

I think this was the best fast food restaurant we have been to. The staff were absolutely amazing and the managers were very interactive with the customers. Everything was made correctly and fresh. We were very impressed with how clean the entire store was and they had many homely photos up.

I ordered from breakfast menu which was on self order. I was called to front because they were serving lunch. Instead of croissant sandwich, I ordered from biggie menu and only received the burger, no drink or fries.

Very clean, quiet, and the young man at the register was very nice. The only complaint is, they were extremely heavy handed with the salt on the fries, but the food it was nice and hot.

Seriously ridiculous. This is the 2nd time I tried to order spicy nuggets and got plain. Then additionally, instead of 10 pieces, I only got 8.

Avoid this wendys.

Dare I say that I’ve be proven wrong? I think so. I came here at 11:30pm after seeing the McDonald’s across the street that was supposed to be 24hrs closed. Very reluctantly placed my order and was met by a friendly staff, accurate order, and a “thank you for coming.” Sounds like this franchise owner is figuring it out. Awesome experience

Nightmare establishment! The staff is made up of older people who need to retire and young kids who couldn’t care less! Today was the last straw after getting my order wrong for the 7th consecutive time. They have a little trick in the drive thru where they don’t give you a receipt (shame on me for not asking for it) so you have no leg to stand on if you come back. Close the doors now if this is the type of service that you plan on providing in the future! Needless to say, I’m never coming back!
