The Blue Highway Diner is a must-visit and the only diner I think of for breakfast! The retro atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for any meal. Their eggs Benedict is phenomenal—perfectly poached eggs, creamy hollandaise, and crispy home fries. The coffee is bold and delicious, complementing every bite. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Best of all, the food is consistently fantastic every visit. Five stars for this diner gem!
Our first time visiting, what a fantastic spot! The food was delicious and Kate was super nice. I would highly recommended the biscuits and gravy! Every single thing was delicious 😋 We cleaned our plates. The environment was friendly and welcoming.
