So few Dunkins have staff with mannerisms. This one does.
Coffee always fresh and hot.
Starts the day off right.

I placed an order online @ 6:30
I showed at 6:45 and the store is closed
Why are you accepting mobile orders if you are closed although online it says you are open?

Hit or miss here, most the kids working here are meh. Typical high school apathetic types that don't know good service or don't care. There are a few super friendly cool dudes that do get it. Warning for evening trips tho- I agree with Joey's review there is a grimy dirty chipped paint fingernail greasy hair they/them the most effing sarcastic nasty little b there during the week near closing time who I feel almost goes out of thier way to get my order wrong. I actually stopped going to this DD thanks to this person but heard they left. Well, he/she is back again so I'm out. I don't expect much but I do expect attention to hygiene and some basic level of service. Enough diversity hiring

I had my drink given to me by a disgusting individual - their long, greasy hair was shedding all over the place and when they handed me my drink, one of their giant hairs clung to the drink. Stop hiring strange people, especially if they’re gross and don’t know what they’re doing.

Pulled up at 6:30 to order a sandwich. “Sorry we just turned off the sandwich station”. If you’re open until 8, you serve until 8.

They need to update their hours on Google. If a customer arrives at 7:30 and this location’s listed closing time is 8pm, that customer should be served. As a business, you don’t just get to randomly choose when you close.

Went here at 6 PM to meet with a study group since the internet claims it closes at 8PM to find that they close the lobby at least 2 hours before closing time since they close at 8.

I would have to give everything a zero rating. I'm not sure why that is never an option. Anyway, I stopped at the drive thru of this particular dunkin literally 4 minutes ago now. The girl working did not greet me, she simply said "sorry we're closed"..... at 6:43 pm on a Sunday? Really? I thought that's an odd closing time for a dunkin. I figured it had to be at least open until 7. So for good measure I checked trusty ol' Google as well as the sign on the door, both of which informed me that they are in fact supposed to be open until 8pm on Sundays at that location. Then the girl said as I drove away "Have a great night!" Which I can only assume was said condescendingly. Yeah sweetie I'm going to have an awesome night now that you decided to close early and I have over 2 hours of driving ahead of me. Let's hope I don't fall asleep and crash and hurt myself or worse, anyone else, because you decided you were tired of working and you closed an hour and 15 minutes early. Thanks a lot Dunkin of HADDAM CT!

Unfortunately, because of the bridge situation I can only visit on Thursday and Friday mornings and weekends. I would usually go there every weekday morning. I normally use the app and go inside to pick up my order. It saves me time, and everyone is always very pleasant and attentive. Anyway, some mornings like today they are short staffed, and I have to get on the drive through line. I don't know this until I arrive, park and get out of my car and walk to the doors to find they are locked. I can't cancel the order at this point, so I have to get on the drive through line. By then I have lost my place in line by three or more cars, and my order is cold. Please can you guys at least put one of those small plastic signs in the lot so that I know not to park and waste even more time. I have a one-hour drive ahead of me, so time is important to me. Better yet, why not install a pass-through box, so pick-up orders can be accessed even if the doors are locked. I spend thousands of dollars at Dunkin, and most of them at this branch. It is my go-to place for coffee and bagels. Love it...well most days anyway..
