So the sign clearly reads they close at 9pm every day. Went through drive thru tonight at 820pm. Lights were on. No one answered the drive thru. Drove up to the window which was open and a young woman was inside making a coffee, apparently for herself bc when finally came to the window she stated they were closed. I mentioned everything says they are open until 9pm. And she said, Oh sorry, no I have to have all the equipment shut down and cleaned by 9pm..... Hopefully the owner knows they are closing the place 40 min earlier than stated hours.

This place used to be run by a manager named Dakota. It was a well oiled machine and my order was always right and delivered promptly. I'm not sure why he left but since then, this place has really gone downhill. Today my order got screwed up for the third time. It took forever to get it and I was the only person in line. They really need to invest in hiring some better quality employees.

Second morning I've asked for FRENCh VANILLA SWIRL and I get regular coffee how hard is it to make a coffee especially two I buy EVERYDAY @6$ I'll just clearly drive to another one pretty said Dakota the first manager was awesome even new customers orders by heart shame shame
