DO YOU JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, eveey god damn time w u people
Rudest staff I have ever encountered at any Dunkin Donuts. The girl was throwing boxes around, spoke in the rudest manner with dirty looks and rolling her eyes, and complaining about having to wait on customers, and trying to get employees who were in the back to come up to wait on customers because she “wasn’t supposed to wait on any customers”. She was saying all of this in front of customers in her headset. Most uncomfortable experience ever and will never go back to that location again.

I ordered through the Dunkin' app as usual and went inside to pick up. There was a short line in the drive through but it went quickly; same for inside. There were plenty of parking and it was a busy lot since people were in and out of the Post Office too. The employees were on their A-game; they were friendly and fast.
I ordered a large, oatmilk, marshmallow, cold foam, and s'mores swirl cold brew; this was absolutely delicious. Also, I tried out the hot honey bacon sandwich; it came with fried egg, hot honey bacon, white cheddar, hot honey, on a toasted croissant, also mouthwatering. The food and drinks came out great, hence the 5 stars; oh and the service was 5 stars too.
The Harwinton Dunkin has been my number one go-to for years. However, the last several times I went, I was extremely disappointed with the attitude I received from the workers at the drive-thru, and most recently, the poor quality of the $7 drink I ordered (it was undrinkable; you can see the layer of caramel just sitting in the bottom) and items just completely missing from my order. I use mobile ordering 99% of the time I go to Dunkin. I know exactly when I placed the order. When I get to the microphone, I'm met with an incredibly snarky "Well, it just came through, you're going to have to give me a minute." This has happened multiple times, and it was the same person each time. I worked in food service and retail for many years. There is never any reason to be so rude when you're working in a public position.

Every Monday I go there and the past 3 weeks I go at 645pm and the lights are off. Hours say open til 7 however this is not the case and I've been very disappointed. So now I will go out of my way to another Dunkin so I'm not inconvenienced with early closing.
I get breakfast here daily as I am right down the road in Harwinton, and the staff are friendly, punctual, quick and accurate. Shout out to Theresa for being the best smiling face first thing in the morning. Thank you to the whole team for keeping my days smooth!

So not just this Dunkin but all of them are a bit overpriced for what they offer. Here's an example: If you order a large ice tea you can expect to pay just over $3 and about $4.50-$5 for a large iced coffee.
To me that's excessive. Most other places that sell coffee that aren't Dunkin or Starbucks sell ice tea for $1 or coffee for less than $2.
As a diabetic there's not much I can get for food there that won't put me in a coma but when I used to eat there, the food wasn't so good maybe the bagels and some donuts. BTW Their hash browns are trash, not crazy about the seasoning.
This is not a knock at any of the staff.

Why do I keep trying this location when it is always a miss? Today at drive thru order was repeated back wrong but correct on screen. At window the young man asked for three times what an extra large coffee (what I ordered) would cost. Told him that was wrong. He asked me what I ordered. I told him he had a screen. He then replied, "I can't tell what you ordered." I drove off and as I did I saw the car in front of me at the window circle back to the parking lot and someone hopped out and ran into the stofe with their bag...I assume another messed up order.
Fastest and most reliable Dunkin I've ever been to!
Aways good

The people who work here are lovely! We just went in for coffee and donuts, and the women who were working were some of the friendliest Dunkin' employees I've ever encountered. Thanks for brightening our day!

Very helpful young lady on the counter.
Donuts and coffee were good. They gave me the wrong donuts though. Staff seemed very overwhelmed.
