A hidden gem. Old school feel. Always in great condition. In my top 3 public courses in Connecticut

Way too many dog legs, greens in perfect condition but way too fast for the average golfer. Lots of woods and slopes to collect your shots,
and $83 for weekday 5+ hour round? No thanks!

Lov we that course and the pro shop.

This is still a nice course and the restaurant is very good but $89 for a round of golf on a weekday is pretty steep for this senior. I may have just just played my last round there.

Came from Brookfield, excellent course. Absolutely worth the drive, greens are fast and pure, fairways are manicured great. Ranger was a stand up guy. Will be back.

UPDATE: 6/12… just called & tried to book a tee time tomorrow. They wont book a tee time, they instruct you to “just show up” and we’ll try to get you out.

These guys are in the stone-age, I’m surprised they have actual phones!

Nice course, always in fair shape and greens are very nice.

They are behind the times though, as far as tee time management. They have no online teetimes so when you call, they just tell you to come up and they will work it out.

The best public golf course in CT. Feels like you’re at a high end private course instead of a public. I wish it was little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

Lewis S. Mills class of 1974 had their 50th reunion here. Food was outstanding. Service was exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment for all your needs.

Keith and his staff were very accommodating for our class reunion event!

I have had the pleasure of dining and attending events at Fairview for several years, and never once has it failed any expectations. Most recently, we held our 50th class reunion there. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our group of almost 150 people. They are true pros- kind, respectful, cheerful, and helpful. As always, the food was great and the atmosphere can’t be beat. Another home run!
