Good service and atmosphere. Only recommendation would be to make the drinks more consistent and to stay open later than 7pm... especially being in Hebron center and forcing the town and all the vehicles that pass through the center to be forced to drive to a further location. You would have more business especially if you work on employee training programs to make the drinks constantly taste how they should and do at all the other locations.

The staff is usually very nice, and that is where the positive experience ends. If you order a hot drink and are lucky to get served the right one, chances are it will be colder than an iced coffee. You might as well roll some dice 🎲 to see what order you will be served. No, this is not from a one-time experience, this is consistent.

I just wanted to share this, I could not even call Dunkin donuts to let them know this because the number is no longer in service.
I went through today and ordered two hot cocoas one for myself and one for my daughter and they were both vile. They tasted like dirty water. All of the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup and they also tasted like cleaning product. And I don't have any way of calling them to make them aware of this. Nor does this also afford me the opportunity to be reimbursed for over $7 worth of hot chocolate that we had to pour down the drain.

I just wanted to give some feedback on my recent order. The customer service was okay, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the food. I ordered a pepper and cheese wrap and there was a strange bleach smell on it, which was a bit concerning. Despite that, I still tried a bite and was disappointed to find that the hot pocket wrap was actually cold. It ended up being a waste of money for me. Just wanted to bring this to your attention, hopefully this can be addressed in the future. Thanks.

Guess its been Along time since Ive been to DD, I stopped to get a coffee and some munchkins for my neices soccer game. I was never told what the bill was, I guess I can look at my account since I paid with my debit, but didnt think of it till I drove away. An the 25 munchkin box has dramatically shrunk lol, i could not believe how small it was, I guess they've defiently improved portion control, but wow not sure what I paid but those were minimunchkins!!

TERRIBLE. Every single time I go to Hebron Dunkin Donuts, it's a terrible experience. So bad that I will not go there again and that says A LOT for someone who goes to Dunkin twice a day. I even asked for the managers information and Chris would not give it to me. Thank you Chris who was working at 6:05 p.m on August 21, 2025, you have NO customer service skills and you lost your store a loyal customer and a lot of business!

I have never experienced such bad service before. I got attitude from the old hag the second I got to the speaker along with a ridiculous wait for 1 car in the drive through. I've never been so annoyed from customer service before please find better employees.

I normally don't write ill things about my adorable little hometown, but I gotta say I am truly disappointed. Seven out of the ten times you'll get a coffee that tastes worse than dirt, today was one of those days. After a long shift, I brought my coffee back asking for either a replacement or a refund. Whoever was at the other end didn't fully ask my order. Just a simple caramel macchiato they didn't a size they didn't ask if it was hot or cold. So when I pulled up to the window, the young girl, I had a medium-sized iced caramel macchiato. I had only ordered a small hot caramel macchiato. She looked at me pissed off already, knowing that she had just made an extra coffee to go to waste.. At that point, I had just asked for a refund. She tapped her nails and rolled her eyes. We were both annoyed with one another. I went to hand her back my coffee, thinking that they would either need to take it or to see that I had purchased something earlier. She recoiled as if I was handing her something atrocious. A simple explanation as to why she could not take the coffee would have been better done her response. I took my refund and left. I've given too many chances to this location. They are not worth your time or your money.

All lights on, pull up to a pre recorded message at the drive thru speaker saying "we are closed, please come back during our normal business hours." This was at 6:44pm on a Saturday. Hours say open until 8pm.
