We ordered a pizza and was told by Elizabeth it would be around 15 minutes. After waiting 30 mins a young polite guy asked if we had ordered an we advised yes but it’s taking longer than we were originally told. He checked and told us about 5 mins. 10 minutes later we enquired again to a polite young girl who check and said it was ready. We stated that if we knew it was going to over a 30 minute wait we wouldn’t have ordered anything. Elizabeth literally threw the pizza box at us with no apology. She is clearly very unhappy in her workplace and has no customer service skills.
Chicken sandwich Was like eating cardboard. Not a cutlet but pieces of chew leather should be ashamed of letting that out the door. I should get a apology.
