Don't know what happened to this location..has definitely gone downhill since when it first opened..counters and floors where they make the sandwiches is a mess...sandwiches are gross and soggy..was never like that when they first opened this location...not impressed at all lately.

First time going to jersey mikes and the employees made me feel at home! Very high quality subs as well! Also a very big shoutout to the manager of this location (I forgot his name) but my wife and I were very pleased with his knowledge and genuine character. We will definitely be coming back to this location!

Had my wife order 4 whole grinders, cost me almost $ 74.00 with tax, turns out, a whole grinder is considered a Giant grinder. Guess they never went to Hartford and had a real Giant grinder. I won't be wasting my money at that place anymore. 6 months ago, the prices were lower. 4 whole grinders are definitely not worth that much. Also, why aren't the prices on the menu? A whole grinder is a whole grinder, a Giant grinder, is a Giant grinder, there is a difference! Nice Scam! Shame on your business!

The young man and woman, who are always there are FANTASTIC! They are always so nice and welcoming. They notice that I struggle to walk, and both of them always grab the door for me. It’s always a great time and pleasure to see them. Thanks for making me great subs.

A couple of weeks ago I was picking up a vehicle that was disabled in the parking lot off this establishment and I work for AAA as a tow operator and manager came to me and ask how many of my co-workers are working and he offer me some grinders and it was a great gesture and all my co-workers are grateful that he was able to donate grinders for all my co-workers so thank u guys soo much.
