The food was good but someone needs to clean. The soda area was a mess and the entrance/ exit doors and windows were disgusting, dirty with fingerprints. You can see the windows that kids sit at full of dirty prints too. Also, french fries squished on the floor. I always say I'm gonna stop going their because there is always alot of Staff hanging around laughing and talking. If you have time to lean you have time to clean!!!!

Now I understand why BK is losing to all there competitors and closing stores.I have been a loyal BK customer for over 50 years even worked there in my teenage years. I I have been watching the economy and the stock market and really had a hard time believing that BK franchise’s were struggling so much all because of forced re-models? No Unfortunately

After our order tonight I understand and we are done!
Everything was horrible except for the Hershey pie and soda. We ordered rodeo cheeseburgers the patty was very thin,The onion rings were very small & pathetic no taste And last but not least there was hardly any bbq sauce on the burger was very dry and no taste a total disappointed.Last but not least the Chicken sandwich see photo. Yuk!
Unfortunately the food at BK has turned into low grade dog food.
Sad to say… Bye bye Bk!

I dined in here for the first time. The gentleman who took my order was very helpful and pleasant. When I received my food, my fries were cold. I went up to ask for hot ones. I was told that they could not take them back. This was odd to me. I sat back down. Alicia who I believe was the manager, did not provide great customer service. I did not have it my way, sadly.
Service is always very good. Mcds should take note.

Sometimes I need to make a quick late night stop and the staff are ALWAYS so nice! They really are the kindest people at any fast food restaurant I've been to. To me, that's mostly all that matters. I'll always return if employees are nice and awesome.

Today I tried the fried pickles. Apparently it is an acquired taste, and I will not be acquiring it. The MOD was kind enough to let me switch out to a small fry order instead.

Poor management messed up my order tried calling 3 times no answer drive 20 minute back to fix my order young man at counter super attitude very helpful 2 managers useless passing a test and wearing a different color uniform doesn't make you a manager careing about your customers and your service does so check your food before you leave and don't expect anything if they mess up beside sorry that's all I can do
