They won't take a 100 dollar bill even if you are spending 100 dollars i understand they can't for a 3 dollar coffee but when your spending the whole 100 dollar bill it's ridiculous they won't take cash you can give then 100 1 dollar bills but not an actual 100 dollar bill so stupid will avoid these dunkins in the future.

Seems to be constantly understaffed no matter what time with lots of people waiting for their items, and if they're too busy and you place an online order they will just ignore it and the staff will be VERY rude about it. Today was my last time going to this location.

Extremely rude employees talking about customers in the store while standing waiting for their drinks. There was a short skinny girl with long black hair braided with an oversized shirt on, I believe her name was Kayla and there was also a tall blonde girl and a shorter dark haired girl that had her hair braided. I have been a long time customer and due to this incident I will not long be back to this location. Despite how people feel about other people, this is a place of business and this was completely unprofessional. Please take care of this issue.

Why is it every Friday night the ovens are down before 7pm? Never have a problem any other weeknight. But on Friday I’m told ovens are cleaned everyday and they take a real long time to cool.. ok, why are they not off before 7 on a Monday? Tuesday? Etc? Or it’s they are being DEEP cleaned

I mean, it's Dunkin Donuts, it's not going to be the world's best food or coffee - we have plenty of other great local options for that. But if you need an ice coffee, quick - this is your spot. And honestly, I've always had good employees here, always friendly, kind, smiling. So if you must do Dunks - which I know we all must do sometimes - then this one is a fine choice.
