The staff is friendly but so frustrating that despite the time of day, drive-thru is incredibly ridiculous. I've waited as long as 15 min before. Not sure if they are just super slow or under staffed but they need to fix this.

First time ever getting a breakfast sandwich from dunkin with bacon on it and I didn't have to come home and cook the bacon some more! Absolute perfection. Whoever just made this sandwich this morning deserves a raise!

Ordered the drive thru paid with a $50 DD gift card. They took forever to give me my order. One girl gave me my donuts & took payment and other girl 10 mins later gave me my coffees. I drove off forgetting to get back my card. Went back an hr later and they had no recollection. And didn’t offer any solution, except for call their GM. Well I have but you don’t answer your phone. Won’t be going back bc I’m pretty sure one of the employees kept it. Computer and receipt tell you how much is left on a card so I know they wouldn’t have thrown it away.

I just ordered a sausage egg & cheese on a croissant with a hot coffee, cream and sugar. The girl immediately argued through the speaker. Why didn't you just say two and two. I said because that's not what I ordered. From that point on she was extremely rude. The sandwich was cold to the touch and it was a black coffee given. This is the mentality that wants top wages yet proceeds to provide service like this. Acting as if the customer is intruding on their day. Thank you for wasting my money that I do work hard for and actually enjoy earning it.
