I just ordered a sausage egg & cheese on a croissant with a hot coffee, cream and sugar. The girl immediately argued through the speaker. Why didn't you just say two and two. I said because that's not what I ordered. From that point on she was extremely rude. The sandwich was cold to the touch and it was a black coffee given. This is the mentality that wants top wages yet proceeds to provide service like this. Acting as if the customer is intruding on their day. Thank you for wasting my money that I do work hard for and actually enjoy earning it.

It’s absolutely insane to have people waiting in your drive thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM, and not even address it, apologize,…. Once in the drive thru , you cannot leave. You’re trapped - and for 30 minutes? 5 min is too long for a drive thru the majority of the time. At the very least you should be apologizing for holding people hostage and acknowledge how crazy it is to be this slow and behind. A bit of acknowledgement can go a long way. The staff needs more support, not fair to them
