A short heavy set girl with a pony I seen keep the money from my order. So told me to pull up to order. And I watched her out most of the money from my order in her pocket. Same girl everytime I come there she is outside smoking and hanging with different people. One was on in a car that I watched her give them a bunch of free food. And normally wouldn't care. But I noticed she gave him a few of what I tried to order that she said they were out. And she was joking about she didn't pay for nothing there. Ugh

Fast and Extremely friendly. Coffee and Donuts were fresh... visited at 11 a. m. on a Monday
They didn't respond at the drive thru and then took overly long to make the drinks after I went inside. The manager seemed to be reprimanding the workers regarding their productivity. Coffee was absolutely delicious though

I’ve visited this location a few times with my daughter and partner, and I’ve been really impressed with the new staff. Everyone is working efficiently and accurately with orders. The coffee, donuts, and customer service here are by far the best we’ve had at any Dunkin’! A solid 10/10 — I highly recommend this DD for all your beverage and pastry needs. The cashier who wears glasses was particularly fantastic, making sure customers felt valued and never rushed. Great experience all around!

Ordered doordash, they put egg on my sandwich, i ordered no egg. Had to go to Dunkin and got an attitude. Kid in the back said something about just taking the egg off. They remade my sandwich, didn't offer my anytime for free. Thanks. I spent 10 bucks for home delivery, had to go to you anyway, and didn't get compensated. Wasted 10 bucks on delivery because they are incompetent.
