They didn't respond at the drive thru and then took overly long to make the drinks after I went inside. The manager seemed to be reprimanding the workers regarding their productivity. Coffee was absolutely delicious though
I’ve visited this location a few times with my daughter and partner, and I’ve been really impressed with the new staff. Everyone is working efficiently and accurately with orders. The coffee, donuts, and customer service here are by far the best we’ve had at any Dunkin’! A solid 10/10 — I highly recommend this DD for all your beverage and pastry needs. The cashier who wears glasses was particularly fantastic, making sure customers felt valued and never rushed. Great...
Never seen the Dunkin’ with the coffee on tap like that. That’s a cool way to do it. Staff was friendly, wish they had vanilla cream doughnuts but they had a stocked variety either way :)
