The food was okay. The loaded cheese fries were good, so were the sweet potato fries. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the buns used are so big the ratio was just off. The steak and cheese was bazaar, they cooked it like it was one chunk instead of spreading it out. We'd definitely be willing to go back and try again one day. The biggest disappointment was the waitress. She never really checked on us unless my husband flagged her down, she was just at the counter on her phone. At one point we asked if we could get an extra fork and instead of offering to get it she told him to go get it. If you're looking for a dine in experience this just isn't it (we were also the only people there). It did not help we felt sick about 3 hours later.

You guys are slipping big time. I been there 4 times in past 5 weeks and 3 out of the 4 times it was horrible. Frist time I asked for a grinder not toasted it was toasted with barley any meet on the grinder. Week later I went again and got a grinder with next to no meat on it. 3rd time grinder was great. Then last night I ordered a pizza and dam thing was just about burnt. The girl told me you don't have to put your number in to get your points well I called didn't order on the app and didn't get my points. New I should have just put my number in. But it was like I was being pushed out. 25 dollar pizza I was splitting with my grandmother she ate some I brought my half home I went to have a peace it was way over cooked my half went in the garbage. Not what it used to be not even close.

Their online ordering went down right after I placed my order (storm came through and seemed to impact several folks in town). I got an alert that my order hadn't been accepted so I called and they took great care of us. The pizza was as delicious as usual!

Lists two pizza deal for 25 bucks but yet charges you for individual toppings when it says pick two , one for each pizza.apparently cheese is a topping which is all good. Called and asked got a rude response from the employee. She said yeah that’ what it does. I’m new in the area and they just lost me as a customer. Highly don’t recommend.

I paid $16 for a below average ham & cheese grinder.
Horrible service and the food wasn't much better. I've been a loyal customer for over 35 yrs. I won't be back. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

my grinder roll was hard as a rock, too much mustard . put together very sloppy. not well put together . wasn't satisfied oh and wasn't wrapped right way it was open on one end
