Well ordered apparently it was doordash delivering person called for directions couldn’t find couldn’t see. 20 minutes later called refunded me my money and know almost 930 pm n no damn supper. Said it was delivered so who ever got my dinner enjoy. Don’t think I will order again

When I return to New England, I can’t wait to have the local fair… Pizza, like you can’t get anywhere else. This pizza was terrible, under cooked & no flavor. The salads were not fresh, and the wings were at best Mediocre. And the dressing and sauces were not homemade! Very disappointing.

Something has definitely changed in the last year. Did they change owners? The pizza is not as good as it used to be. Toppings have been DRASTICALLY reduced. They certainly don't know the difference between well done and not soggy and burnt. The tuna grinder roll was WET and not properly toasted even though I specifically asked it to be toasted crispy. The people that are taking orders really need to be properly trained. There is much distraction going on from background noise, people talking, phones ringing etc., making it difficult for the order taker to hear you. Then when asking them to repeat back the order they get it wrong. Forget about having it delived, between the delivery charge and tip your looking at another $10!

I was disappointed in the food quality we received. It took 70 minutes to get the food. When we got it our pizza was like warm and the fries seemed like they weren’t fried long enough.

Pizza and fries were on point. The potato skins (9.99) are not worth ordering. They could be the worst thing I've ever eaten in a restaurant, they also took forever. The pizza and the fries were pretty good though. Stay away from the potato skins.
I’ve seen plenty of people not wearing gloves while making or handling food. It is absolutely ridiculous to sit there and handle food with bare hands and serve it to customers. I will not be coming here again.
