We have been going here every week, and had to endure big mouth customers who were rude and quite obnoxious toward us. Instead of the manager coming over to see what happened, she gave them a free meal, even though they were the trouble makers and never bothered to ask us about the incident. We will not be returning there because we feel that being a regular customer we should of got compensated as well. This is called customer service. There was none for us.

My friends salad tasted like chemicals (like they spayed it with something harsh and didn't rinse it off or something) and when we tried to talk to the waitress about it she blew us off and just said "ya, lettuce is always bitter" and then walked away. My tuna salad wrap was funky too... It had no flavor and was like, stale... I don't know how to describe it but it was like really old and looked gray. My other friend thought she was getting the salad bar as an add on but they charged her separately and so 50 bucks later she had a small salad (that tasted like chemicals) and a meatball sub.

The fries were good though.

I love prime rib. I've had it there before and it was very good. I like to get the golden green cut. This pastime it was nowhere near what it is been in the past. It had a lot of grizzle and fat. I understand you need to have fat for flavor but this was ridiculous more than half of the steak was fat. Very disappointing when I explained it to the waitress she refused to fix anything. I still gave a good tip of $20 for a 70 dollar meal. But when I hand you a 20 and you don't ask me for change? I guess just assuming I hand out 25% tips all the time.$40 it was definitely not worth that. I won't be going back for prime rib. My wife's chicken alfredo was good though.

They never offer a vegetarian soup. I have been here on several occasions, different days of the week and different times of the day. Never once have they had a vegetarian option for soup. They offer 2 soups at the salad bar but they always have meat. Even the clam chowder has bacon fat in it! I appreciate the salad bar and it's usually full and fresh but it's very disappointing not to offer a non meat option for soup. I have asked for a non meat soup every time I go and sometimes I call before going to see what the soup is and it's ALWAYS meat! They always say the same thing "oh sorry that's all we have"

I decided to walk in and order like I have done before. So, ham and cheese just mayo told them I pay extra for ham like Meaty grinders. Then went with a meatball and mushroom pizza. Small fries they give you ketchup I put some ranch on the side and Now it’s time to eat. Ham grinders have been good and when I told them that’s not meaty they have corrected in the past. Little quiet today so he showed me my grinder gave my thoughts and I’m smiling. Don’t forget the hidden treasures of what made small towns. Total for everything about $32 and change lunch and dinner or pizza snacks. I had edit I just took bite of Pizza oh my Goodness finally pizza that hits the spot. It’s banging!! So is my Grinder!!! I love opening wide for grinders. Back to stuffing my face !!!!! I wish they bring back chicken piccata and they used to have a good seafood casserole (lobster, shrimp, scallops). Been eating here since I was a kid even. You know when Grandma says come meet you out just go

Parking: Go towards the end to order or pickup food. Can sit outside when dine in. Haven’t gone inside in awhile but believe they still have the soup and salad bar

Kid-friendliness: Small pan pizzas for kids, king cut prime rib depending age kids could split that

Wheelchair accessibility: Just need someone swing the light wooden screen door open to order to go or pickup. Restaurant side need someone pull the doors open. Been awhile since
I sat inside very open when choosing seating
