VERY QUIET LITTLE SPOT..The rice was cold and had no taste. Crab ragoon was salty, chicken fingers where amazing, waiter was nice, SPARE RIBS WHERE DRY, and the tsos chiken was mooshy.. dont reccomend.. ??????

We ordered take out and it was horrible. It was like they took it off someone else's plate and put it in take-out containers. It was cold. We were told 20 minutes, and we went before the 20 min. It was dried out and cold. The soup was warm. We literally live 5 minutes away, there is no way it would be cold that quickly. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff had no personality, and we weren't even greeted.

Haven't had Jade Garden in over 20 years. In town visiting and we wanted some Chinese, so we called in a take out meal. Picked it up in about 20 mins. Everything was tasty! Still good food! Eggsrolls were great. We got a few combination meals, Pu Pu platter, and a large beef fried rice. Would definitely get food from JG again. Lots of food for reasonable prices.

Our go to place, Number One Kitchen, was closed tonight. So we called Jade Garden-Dayville after hearing good reviews. $40 absolutely wasted.....
We got the most basic order ever. Crab rangoons, shrimp fried rice and egg rolls. The only thing worth while we're the eggrolls. The crabrangoons were sour and curdled. The shrimp fried rice was even worse. Clearly the kitchen makes a large batch of fried rice and adds toppings in. Take a look at the picture. Barely cooked shrimp and onions just thrown in. And not even attempted to be cleaned, they look like white maggots in comparison to the dark brown rice.
Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER go back.

Jade Garden - Dayville location
I ordered take out from Jade Garden a few months ago. I recall speaking to a woman on the phone who was extremely rude- to the point I noted never returning.
I gave it another chance tonight and ordered take out, this time speaking to a male. I am appalled at how rude and unprofessional he was both on the phone and in store. There should be a 0 star option for their service.
Food is OK, average at best and unfortunately the only decent option for Chinese food in the area.
Also a rancid smell coming from their dumpster as you enter into the restaurant. Not something you want to smell just before eating.
Certainly WILL NOT be back a third time.

Love this place. I'v been 1000 times. Good family run chinese food. Great drinks and consistent. Great spare ribs (bone in or boneless), beef teriyaki, spring rolls, and crab rangoon. All entrees are above average, but I love their shrimp with lobster sauce, so D4 for me. Nom nom.

Most of the food is good but if you're a fan of general tsaos it's not the place. Unless you like chicken fingers soggy in general tsaos sauce. Personally I enjoy it crispy. But everything else is top notch
