Ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal, a cheese burger with only pickle and a large 2 cheeseburger meal. Was given a 4 piece nugget happy meal and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Oh and told them I wanted sweet and sour sauce for the happy meal and was not given it yet again

Went to the second speaker to order and got skipped in line 3 times. Food was very salty bread was stale and had to wait after my order to get my food. If I have to wait it better be fresh and it was not

I came here for a quick bite to eat, it was cold out side so Decided to go inside. The worker said it was fine and was nice at the beginning the flipped on me for their own fault. I will be calling Corp and letting them know how all the Employees are and act at this restaurant, they are all high and unprofessional, this restaurant needs some serious staff assistance or just more wholesome workers who care for people. I would never recommend this restaurant to even stop off the highway to eat at. Rude staff. Never visiting again. The comment back to this is also false. I have proof of how they treated me.

Ive received poor service at the at the killingly commons location multiple times. Just today I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order, listening to the manager yell at her employees and take her anger out on them, when I received my order she gave me the wrong cup and when I tried to ask for a new one she slammed it on the counter and walked away. Im tired of receiving poor customer service from the manager, and I should not have to go to another location to avoid them or go to another place to get my food properly made and in a reasonable amount of time.
