Always waiting at least 20 minutes for food even when it gets ordered ahead and 9/10 there is something wrong with the order. The place is constantly understaffed and the people who are working are slow no matter the time

I live in Moosup and often stop at this location because it’s on my way home from work, but after tonight, I won’t be returning. The night service has gone completely downhill. I repeated my order twice at the speaker, yet the employee still got it wrong — I ordered two double cheeseburgers and was given a McChicken instead.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Previous orders have also been missing items, which shows a pattern of carelessness. It honestly feels like there’s no leadership or accountability on the night shift. The customer in front of me was even yelling for her drink after waiting several minutes, so clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this.

As someone who works in management myself, I know that issues like this start with poor leadership. The night manager needs to take responsibility for their team — people work hard for their money, and customers deserve better service and attention to detail.

This was in the Lowes shopping plaza in CT off 395. Waited 20 minutes for dine in. Provided table number on the order and found my dinner in a bag at the counter. No drink cup, had to ask. Fries were cold and hard. Workers appeared to be confused. Worker dropped bag into fryalator and was like oops. So no, I did not ask for new fries.

This McDonald’s was in terrible condition. The bathroom was disgusting — the sink didn’t work, the toilet was backed up, and the floors were filthy. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly. The store itself was just as dirty, with trash on the floors, sticky tables, and an overall nasty smell. It’s really disappointing to see such poor cleanliness and upkeep at a place like McDonald’s. The management needs to address these sanitation issues immediately.

Ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal, a cheese burger with only pickle and a large 2 cheeseburger meal. Was given a 4 piece nugget happy meal and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Oh and told them I wanted sweet and sour sauce for the happy meal and was not given it yet again

Went to the second speaker to order and got skipped in line 3 times. Food was very salty bread was stale and had to wait after my order to get my food. If I have to wait it better be fresh and it was not
