Walked in and a bum was sleeping at a table. Side stepped the smelly person and patiently waited in line. After she brought my coffee,wouldn't accept a $50 bill. Didn't say couldnt. Just wouldn't. Why would you make my order and then ask me to pay? Surely she will make employee of the month. Bet they dumped it back in the pot afterwards tbh.

Food made with missing components, they park every car in line almost everytime we go there. They don't know how to operate a McDonalds drive through.
New ownership didn't change the times they were closing in the app and so they already shut down making food before 12am

Absolutely horrible wasted my entire lunch break trying to a Mc chicken plain, pretty simple chicken on bread. They made me pull forward and completely forgot about me from there. Went back in they said jokingly oops we forgot you my bad. At that point my lunch was over so I left no food. I called after to speak to a manager… goes strait to voicemail no associate or manager can even be bothered to pick up. But let’s pay them $17 per hour cause that’s fair. Time to elevate my food choices I think.
