I went to this location to pick up a door dash order, when I arrived they were locking the doors 5 minutes early, I approached the doors and showed them my phone through the glass as I seen the DoorDash order on the shelf the girl working proceeded to ignore me and continued walking away, there was 5 workers in there and 3 of them stood behind the counter staring at me and laughing to each other.. this place is highly unprofessional and lack customer service etiquette.

I come here once in a while. The last 2 times have been horrible. They wouldn’t accept my cash unless it was EXACT and proceeded to throw my food away because it wasn’t.Then tonight I got here at 8pm. Let you know they close at 9. The doors were locked and they just stared at me. I’m in utter disbelief.

Me and my wife came in and my wife ordered a bowl and to start got the smallest serving of rice and chicken and then to top it off when we sat down to eat our food, her food was cold.. there was nothing to it.. 30$ for food that wasn’t good and the service wasn’t well at

Very disappointed in this visit.I was served the bottom of the container of the white meat chicken. It was so overdone, they look like croutons and taste as dry. I ended up earing the rice, cheese and lettuce and threw the rest out. What a disappointment and waste of money....and another thing. I understand not being able to use 2 coupons, but not being able to use a coupon and your rewards points to pay? That doesn't seem fair. You earned those points.Sorry. With tip I lost over $13 for a meal I couldn't eat.Not a content customer for that visit.

There has been a significant improvement since I was here months ago. The dining area and restroom were clean. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the music was entertaining. The food was well prepared and tasty. This is far different than many Moe’s locations.

Wow!! Nice location and friendly staff. Went in for a lunch break. And the amazing staff helped me out with my order. And I was quick in and out. The food was fresh and the restaurant was fresh and clean. Plenty of parking as well.

They "closed" early for no reason at all and were not even letting people walk in. They were definitely not closed for repairs or anything of that nature. Just employees and a 3 or 4 year old child in there. Getting paid for standing around.

I used to ho to this place every week but they started eliminating items from the menu. They no longer have mushrooms. The peppers are now watered down with mostly onions and no more tomatoes. What kind of Southwest grill doesn't have tomatoes? Really?

Went there today 11/7/23 and ordered food. I accidentally hit the chip machine and a black object fell into my chip bag. I looked to see what it was and it was a cockroach, I mean a big ol' cockroach. They made me a fresh bag of chips and sent me on my way, no discount, no remorse. I checked to see if it was a toy but it was real. I wish I took a picture. Never going there again. Never management present and nothing against youngins but they need to have more supervision and their restaurant in better shape.

Awful customer service. I went in to use a 50% off burrito promo that I had in my rewards account. However the second you click on it a 9 minute and change count down begins and they have to scan it within that timeframe apparently. By the time I ordered my burrito and got to the register to pay, it had just timed out and told me I'd have to try again later, but nowhere does it say how much later. I explained my situation to the cashier who said this happens all the time and got her manager who I showed my reward to on my phone and she just shrugged and told me to come back later if I wanna use the reward but also didn't know how much later. So I asked them if they would rather waste the food and throw out my already prepared burrito or honor the reward that I showed them was in my account and they shrugged again and blamed the app. No apology or offer to fix the situation. Horrible customer service. On top of that the portion in the burrito was very small. If you're going to charge $10 for a burrito at least fill it up. And don't blame an app for a fixable situation when you have the power to take care of the customer. Who benefits from throwing it out? Shameful customer service. I didn't even get the Welcome to Moe's greeting.
