Tried this place for the first time this morning! fast, fresh, delicious, fun unique menu items, magical lemonade. I had the BEST iced chai of my life. They really know what they're doing and the prices are perfect for what you get! no strabucks bs. highly recommend!

First and foremost, the coffee is amazing here! You walk through the door of the historical flatiron building, your senses are filled with fresh brew and fresh sandwiches cooking. They have every flavor and size and the menu has plenty to choose from. Definitely recommend this small business to anyone! (And not just for coffee-tea, Italian sodas, smoothies, food, etc)

Moon Magick Cafe by Chey is by far one of my favorite places around! The atmosphere is always so whimsical and cozy, and drinks are made to perfection with one of the largest selections of flavors that I have ever seen! Definitely a 10/10 coffee shop destination if you are around Killingly!

Went to the Southbridge location, the matcha with almond milk and an asiago bagel with cream cheese was bomb! Please support local! You meet amazing people.

Very bad experience here. Long wait times, dirty. They gave me a defective tray to hold my Lattes. I took one steady step outside and my latte dropped due to the tray not holding my drink in place. I checked the tray and Latte and the tray is the wrong size and doesn't even hold the Latte securely. They even mentioned they knew about the trays being bad and didn't say a word about it to me. I asked to get another Latte and they refused to replace it and tried charging me again. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. A business should always take care of the customer especially when you are giving them a defective tray that resulted in a spill. Wait time was over 40 min for 2 Latte and a panini.

In response to the owners reply. I consider your cafe dirty as I could see it was not clean and that's my honest opinion. I frequent fantastic cafes in the Providence and Boston area which I never experience this with. Also the fact that the barista was admittedly sick and coughing everywhere while handling food and drinks without a mask is also not good hygiene in this type of business. I was still on your cafe property on your deck one step out of the door when my Latte spilled due to your defective trays. The employees admitted there was an issue with the trays. The fact that you stated a "good" tray leads me to believe you know about this issue as well and have bad trays. I again challenge others to test these trays out which you can see in other posts. You also seem to make a lot of excuses regarding wait times due to online orders and 3 cafe locations as if it's not your fault that the customer has extended wait times. I think it's more a matter of spreading yourself too thin and not managing the business properly as other successful Cafés do not treat their customers this way. Thank you for the apology.

So horrible. Long wait times. Dirty . They gave me a defective tray that doesn't even hold the drinks and is the wrong size. Resulting in me dropping my Latte one step out of the door. They refused to replace my drink and wanted me to pay for another Latte. This is like giving a customer a bag with a hole in it and their merchandise falls and breaks then you try to charge them again for it. Unacceptable. I also found out they knew the trays were defective and didn't even take the time to warn me. I waited over 35 min for 2 Lattes and a panini. Very unprofessional business. I Will never be back here. There is no excuse for this bad customer service. I doubt this popup business will stay open long managing it this way.

Glad you mentioned this because I was on your stores deck one step outside your door when my drink spilled with a witness that saw this. I challenge anyone going to this cafe to test your Latte out in a tray to see how easily it can spill and that the tray does not hold your drink properly. The employees there at the time even admitted afterwards there was an issue with the trays. Please stop trying to lie in your reply to my review. This is not a fake review but my other google account. I am not "piggy backing" a review. And who are you to judge my reviews to other places that doesn't give satisfaction to their customers? I used Google reviews to warn others, I am leaving a well deserved negative and honest review under all my accounts. Instead of satisfying the customer and apologizing for your failures as a business everyone can see how you rather respond in a hateful and disrespectful manner. Good Luck 👍

Moon Magick Cafe in Danielson, CT is an absolute gem! If you’re looking for creative, delicious drinks and a menu that feels like it was made for your hangover dreams, this is the spot.

First off, the Jalapeño Popper Bagel is a must-try. Loaded with perfectly pickled jalapeños and oozing cream cheese in every bite, it’s the ultimate comfort food with just the right amount of heat. Pair it with their Sausage, Egg, and Cheese for a breakfast you’ll be dreaming about all week long!

Their seasonal menu always brings something new and exciting, but right now my current favorite is the Chocolate Éclair Signature Coffee for fall. It has all the rich flavors of French vanilla and mocha, making it the perfect non-pumpkin drink for those crisp fall mornings. It’s a warm, indulgent treat without being overly sweet — such a great pick-me-up!

Chey, the owner, is super kind and full of energy! You’ll often find her behind the sandwich station, working hard to make sure every order is perfect. Her passion and creativity really shine through in everything they serve.

i was unfortunately left disappointed by magic moon cafe when i visited. two bagels & two drinks (one of them being a water, and the other being a soda) took around 30-45 minutes to come out when the cafe wasn't busy. one of the employees was also yelling frustratedly on the phone during the 30 minute wait, which was an awkward experience considering how small the cafe is. the vibes & atmosphere of this restaurant are cute enough, but the food and service could use some improvements.
edit: after looking through reviews, the owner appears to be pretty reactive towards similar one-star reviews. i'm just hoping they use my review as a source of inspiration, not anger. :)

Cute little cafe that we were excited to try out.

Barista was working her butt off filling online orders and taking care of walk in customers. Manager was not helpful and had plenty of chances to speed up service.

Reuben Bagel was good. Not worth going back for.

Do not get a salad here.
Chicken and Avocado did not seem fresh or were pre-packaged.
As was stated we didn’t want to add anything to further busy the barista so we just threw the salad away. In all honesty there wasn’t a way to make it better and we aren’t the type of people to ask for a refund.

Coffee and drinks were unique and honestly the highlight of the experience.

The person who took my order was very nice but the person making the order had a very dismissive attitude. I ordered a simple regular coffee with heavy cream. It took 25 minutes for this and the coffee was lukewarm at best.

For a gothic horror fan as my self to be this place is key. The atmosphere and art that adorns her walls with the coffee is a flavored taste I can enjoy. Look forward to the owner on RoH sometime
