For a Starbucks in a Target I would say they are very efficient and kind. I have been coming here since they opened in like 2008 or something and I have never had a problem. I think the majority of the customers are uppity and snobbish. You try getting behind that counter for 8 hours and making luxurious coffees all day. Too much greed in this world, there is a human behind that counter.

Well, I would like to say that my daughter had bought me a drink. It's supposed to be a crunchy Carmel with whipped cream. Well, let me put it this way. There were no crunchies in it. There were 3 on top of the whipped cream that was off to the side, and the whole drink just looked like a mess. I think that they need to put another Starbucks in because this one is really making Starbucks look like they don't care for peoples drinks in food and the girls behind the counter. Have an attitude if you ask them about it. So beware If you're gonna spend the money, don't spend it here, cause they don't even give you the stuff that's supposed to go inside of your drink. There’s a rude boy who is about 22 and has a mustache- he basically refused to do anything… I asked for green tea and he said oh we don’t have any left…… lol …… then I came back and the girl gave me some…… then my tea sat there behind where I could reach it while they did other orders for like several minutes…… bad! Super bad customer service . They only had the small straws out ….. are you not able to find the large ones? Sure they could have been out of them but I doubt it based on the attitude displayed ……I worked at Starbucks years ago and I know it’s tough but come on this is basic stuff….

It's not often I go out of my way to leave a negative review but often times when I come to the Starbucks, the girls that work here are extremely catty and rude. Today in particular I came by around 4:30 p.m. the Starbucks surprisingly was not busy but my service was still extremely rushed. I asked for my drink made a certain way and I could tell the girl was not paying attention whatsoever. So I made it a point to repeat my order and she was pretty rude in her response. Well my drink ended up not being made the way I wanted so when I asked for it to please be remade the way I ordered it , that same girl not only rolled her eyes but I could hear her mocking me as I left. I tried reading her name tag but couldn't fully make it out I know it started with an M and ended with Lynn. Maybe Madalynn. Long red hair shorter woman. As I mentioned before, a lot of the girls here are just rude and I feel judged when I come out of my way to order at this Starbucks
I know that thing I had noticed was that they we're out of the crunch topping that goes in the caramel ribbon crunch. The expresso machine was also not working at the time. And the coffee base that is used for the frappuccino I ordered was just in a random Starbucks drinking cup with no lid that was being used to pour into my drink (and other people's) instead of being in whatever container it is usually stored in. Kind of gross. Kind of disappointing

If you have no iced coffee, cold brew, or espresso (unreasonable expectations at a Starbucks I know) maybe make some signs saying so people don’t waste 15 minutes in line because the workers are at a snails pace?

Waiting for your coffee is like watching paint dry. It's crazy how slow the employees here are. Waited literally 20+ minutes for two iced drinks off the menu- not even anything crazy

Three star rating because this is NOT a stand alone Starbucks. This is more like a small knockoff version of Starbucks located inside Target. It is run by Target store employees that mostly don’t seem into the coffee shop vibe that you would normally get at a stand alone Starbucks. The turnover rate is pretty high compared to other Starbucks that I have been visited. They also have an extremely limited food menu. They often fall behind when business picks up and they appear overwhelmed and make mistakes like putting the wrong kind of milk or not informing you that they ran out of something after you paid and have been waiting…on multiple occasions. Once upon a time, this was a well run place with familiar faces on a consistent basis, but as of this review, you just never know what you will get from whomever shows up for work.
Parking: Starbucks is inside Target, so there is plenty of parking.
