They don't take coupons in store. I would think someone running a business would want some profit instead of no profit. I've never had to wait in a line here. I only order online with promo codes.

I believe this will be the last time I order for a delivery. Less fillings and the order is not always correct. It's really a shame as I like their sandwiches but will not settle for a mediocre effort because I'm not there in person.

Place sucks I order food last night through delivery for the first time from this subway I waited an hour or more for it. Then they decided to cancel my order but they can still take the money right away and not give it back right away and it was a pretty big order. If I had a car I would come down and leave the complaint in person with my voided receipt. Plus the place was still open for a good hour or two.

My husband and I walked into this Subway and the smell of mold over took us. As we turned to leave, we noticed the filth around vents and the floor was disgusting. I'm glad we didn't eat. I can only imagine the rest of the place.

This location is so disgusting. I stopped in one day while running errands and should have just turned around and walked out. I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands first, and immediately noticed how dirty it was. Literal filth. The trash was overflowing, it had a terrible smell, just disgusting. Standing in line to order food, I noticed the filthy glass, especially around the edges, tons of caked on grime, oil and dirt. Mostly on the inside, but the edges along the outside part had crumbs and filth. It was so dirty. The bins were filthy, the assembly line portion was covered in lettuce, may, crumbs. The soda machine was filthy, sticky syrup covering everything. The soda was spraying out everywhere. I was grossed out to the point that when I left, I threw my sandwich away. My brain couldn't unprocess the disgusting environment and I couldn't make myself take a bite of it. The newly renovated location in Putnum is the best location I have ever been to. I will never stop here again.

Okay okay, I feel like Subway has become very pricey for what it is, but it's not my place to tell a business how much something should cost. They can do their own math to figure out what to charge for their food. I do miss the days of the $5 Footlong, and I think nowadays there aren't even any $10 Footlongs. But that's not what this review is about. That's a wider conversation for another day.

This review is about THIS Subway. I like these guys. It's a place I can get a tasty vegetarian lunch, fast, for less that $15. Veggie patties, avocado, loaded up with fresh vegetables. Is it healthy? No idea. But it tastes good, I don't feel lousy after eating it, and compared to other local vegetarian options, competitively priced. The people working there, I also really like them. They're not asking me about my day, my kids, my dog. But they're friendly, kind, and very competent. They always get my order right. They're always quick. They always serve me with a smile, with kindness. I like being there. I enjoy my food, and my brief interaction with the people who make it.

So if you're looking for a nice little lunch served up by some enjoyable people, you should give them a try.

Vegetarian options: The veggie patty is really good. Who knows how healthy it is, but it tastes great. I do think that's the only vegetarian option, besides a salad or a sub made with just vegetables.

Very busy with online orders. Have some patience for the folks working. They are hustling. Good subs. Decent prices. Healthy options. Plenty of parking

I am so sick of this place charging different prices for the same exact 6 inch sub every time i get one they are rude and always try to serve old food, for the prices we should have fresh veggies always and if there was a different location closer i would go there. i worked here years ago with the same owners they haven't changed at all they make their workers use the bad food and cut of moldy areas they used to use spray bottles for the bread when it comes out of freezer i cleaned it once while i was working and it had mold inside nozzle and everywhere and came out onto bread that i was told to still used anyway.. the bottle was more than likely never cleaned at all before that.

I stopped at this location last week to grab a sub. I had a coupon for a Footlong for $6.99 I was informed by the Sandwich Artist that coupons were not accepted at this location. The menu price for a Footlong is $13.99 which I find to be borderline extortion. Honestly, the subs are decent at best in terms of quality and build which in my opinion is not worth more than $7. Needless to say, I walked out without a sub in my hand.

Went there at 9:35pm and was turned away because they put all the food away. I wasted time, gas, and had to go to another place to eat. Change your hours if you’re going to stop serving early.

The owner of most of the Subway shops in this area won’t honor coupons so I refuse to go to his shops. On the rare occasion that he’s at the counter, he’s got an attitude….and not a good one.

On your app it allowed me to order three breakfast flat bread sandwiches. According to your app your location does breakfast. I go in when it says my order is ready. I am informed that my order will be refunded because you don’t serve breakfast. You said you tried to call me but that’s a lie. My phone number is up to date on my subway app and it never rang. I want to know why the app allowed me to order breakfast from your location? Other places will say item unavailable if they don’t serve a particular item. If you don’t serve breakfast why did the app allow me to order for your specific location? Should I contact corporate? I know there is certain guidelines each restaurant must follow even when franchised. Your app shouldn’t have let me order. Someone isn’t following guidelines. You’re open at 8:00 AM but you don’t serve breakfast? I look forward to your explanation.
