Out of black olives For the amount you have to pay you are better off going to Jersey Mike’s where you get more meat and bread is always fresh.

The “gentleman” working called us lazy for ordering online and let us wait nearly half an hour for the sandwiches that were sitting in a bag on the counter…..I placed an online order at 1:30. The app stated it would be ready at 1:50. It was updated stating the order was complete. I went inside and saw my order sitting on the counter. Instead of handing it over they helped everyone walking through the door for 20 minutes. They finally gave me the bag and it was missing the drinks and cookies. When I asked for them the man working said “we help the customers that come in before we help lazy people that order online”

We walked in and she said told us she already wrapped everything up for the night and sighed and then midway through she said “I hope you don’t plan on sitting in here cos I already cleaned” we entered at 8:25pm and the sign on the door says open til 10pm. Weirdest thing ever, super rude

Stale bread :( 🥖 two footlongs neither was toasted, but you’d never know it… why serve a crusted loaf at a sub shop? That bread had to have been hard to cut, but maybe explains why it was done “under the hood” so no one could see. I remember when the subs were made in front of you. I guess hide it, or pray the customer asks for it toasted? Not cool for an $20 sub. Especially when a brand New Jersey Mikes across the street? Something is wrong when you serve that brick loaf. I’ve had fresher ,softer bread coming of the week old discount rack at Walmart .I can use it to hammer a nail, not kidding.

Service and subs were decent but this location is gross. Almost walked out upon entering. Smelled like an old musty basement inside. Made me almost lose my appetite. Spinach was wilted so I had to order regular lettuce. Wouldn’t return based on the atmosphere.

A typical Subway restaurant. However, they refused to honor a legitimate, up-to-date Subway coupon. That franchise may have such a right, but the prices have skyrocketed at Subway. Without the coupon, the %8.49 price for an average, 6-inch subway is outrageous.

Normally, I have no complaints. But I work late most days. And apparently they lock their doors a while before closing. I've been here for 15 minutes. Almost a half hour before they closed, stuff isn't cleaned on the inside but the doors are locked. If your hours are posted til 10pm And even your sign outside says 10pm, it's a little frustrating to get out of work and see they aren't letting anyone in

My sub was.. okay. The service was kinda strange and even asked the worker if they were okay. Everyone has a bad day so I figured I would ask. My 3 stars is because this place is disgusting.. marks on the way, stuff falling apart. I felt like a needed a tetanus shot after leaving.

Tonight I went to the Killingly Dayville subway hoping to indulge in a subway sandwich with a mere 8 minutes before closing, and the employee had closed and locked the door. The employee at the counter then angrily yelled at us to leave, with the time being 9:52pm. The time posted for closing was 10pm, denying me of my delicious turkey bacon sandwich. I will not be returning.

At almost 3pm on 12-23 I got a grinder so good I swear she was making it like it was for herself. So much care put into it, welcomed me and was so friendly. Just a great experience really brightened my day. My mobile order was ready when I got there and I was a bit early
