It's like the store is run by children (teens). Everytime I order from here everything is smashed together so a taco is broke or tortilla and everything just all over the wrapper. Just a mess. Come here if you're starving but that's it

I ordered a mobile order went through drive through was handed the wrong thing then handed another bag and I was missing 5 items I let the lady know. She got annoyed and said I dont have time for this i need to clear my drive through. I parked went inside and then was treated even more poorly like I was trying to scam them. I missing 5 things half my order. 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes, a chulupa,chips n cheese and a 5 layer burrito. Unacceptable to be treated like im a criminal because they didn't give me my food. The chulupa they re made also had almost no meat and they still gave me the wrong burrito.
Best Taco Bell around hands down! Foods always hot and the service is amazing very friendly helpful staff. :)

some times things get mixed up and it’s a mistake but I went back in a the store was so nice about fixing the issue and Tayaha was so kind and understanding she is so sweet and made my day to see such nice people and the crew was really on point with her direction!

We drove 30 minutes, showed up at 8:15pm, well within their operating hours. The doors were locked and the staff saw us and ignored us. Multiple people walked up and faced the same issue including children. Inexcusable.

Just order thow drive thru and they never gave me the whole order forgot my two burrito and i didn't know till I got home 15 mins away not to happy
