Yamato Sushi & Steak House

Food was okay! I ordered Sushi and Chicken noodles. The taste was bland and i had to ask for yumyum sauce. But the waitress was really sweet about it.

This place is good, but its not a classic hibachi place. They sell hibachi food, but it is not made at the table. Last couple times I went, the chicken was s little tough. The portions are generous though, and the price is great.

This is a really great place to get some really great Japanese food. The waitress was all business, honestly one of the best waitresses in America 🇺🇸 hands down, no one could top her. She constantly policed the table, you never had to ask for a refill or anything, she was on it. Don't pass this opportunity up, I promise you won't regret it...

Love this place food is good and cheep large portions

Everything was delicious and priced on the lower end. We got 5 rolls, gyoza, lobster Rangoon ( same price as the crab ones), and mushroom soup. Two people for $60 which is so reasonable for sushi and apps. We will be back soon for sure! We saw their hibachi entrees and they were huge! I believe their highest price items which were Lobster and steak and they were $35 tops.

I ordered take out 2 weeks ago here an there food we ordered was Hibachi chicken an teriyaki yakiniku very delicious,very filling. There special house dressing my favorite wish I could get a bigger container of that next time.

Very quiet and empty restaurant but the food is amazing

Great food at a decent price but should really update the menu with the current prices, theyre from 5yrs ago.

I honestly didn't know what to think on my way in, at first glance, but boy were we impressed! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and reasonably priced for what we got. The Japanese nagamaki was to die for! Everything was cooked to perfection. Their filet mignon was the most tender cut of beef I've ever had. Everything was amazing. The service was a little slow, but once the order was in everything came out fairly quickly. The service was still pleasant and the food was worth the wait!

AWFUL! Do not waste your money. Took my boyfriend here for a dinner date because we had been craving professional, restaurant sushi. This is not the place for that. Rice was hard and dry, the sushi was WARM and broke apart the second I picked it up. I wasted 32 dollars on the worst service I've ever experienced. While paying, the waitress scolded me for accidentally counting my money wrong. The whole restaurant was tiny and cramped, I had to walk sideways to get around. DO NOT COME HERE!

Food: I got the dynamite, dragon & tiger roll. The sushi was decent, had a fair enough of sauce on top. The rolls were plentiful but the crab rangoon were a but stale and dry inside.

Service: It was rather quick and easy to get take out

Ambiance: Place is rather small, it get cramped when theres alot of people. However, it seems to be well enjoyed by the community.

Others: In a plaza with a parking lot, not much standing room in thr front so if you're waiting to be seated or food, it might be easier to stand outside.

I love this place! The food always hits the spot. I enjoy the orange chicken with broccoli and hot sake ? Great Japanese cooking so you get what you pay for. The sushi bar is pretty cool too! They close kinda early so you gotta get there on time. The staff are very friendly and professional. The portions are really good as well. Im giving it 5 out of 5 stars for everything!

Server came out and chased me to my car and asked why I didn’t give her a big enough tip and wanted me to change my tip to a larger number. The server only came to my table twice, and I had to walk up and pay for my bill.
