Went for a quick dinner and ordered #44 Spicy Tuna, #111 American Dream, and the Dragon Roll with Takoyaki. The server was kind but overwhelmed as the only one working, leading to slow service. The food was mostly good, except the American Dream Roll tasted off (crab seemed spoiled) and was sent back; they removed it from the bill without issue. Although the food has potential, the slow service and one bad dish make me hesitant to return.

I had to change my review because every time I have been here in the last 6 months- it has been very good. The chicken and filet are both equally good. The sushi is good & they have been very consistent as well! The rice is delicious as well! It definitely seems like they have improved the quality of their products since the pandemic- thankfully! I highly recommend the hamachi filet, chicken, or shrimp! I also love their sushi! Yum! They have amazing deals for hibachi lunches! Their dinners are reasonable as well! I come here at least every 2 weeks maybe more!

We LOVE Yamato!!!! We've only had lunch and dinner ? here but it is soooooooo good!!!!!!! I get the sushi ? ? and my husband gets hibachi and we usually get an appetizer!!!! My husband's hibachi usually comes with a salad ? and a miso soup ? ? The salad dressing is so tasty!!!!! My sushi is very good!!!! Tonight I got the lobster tempura roll I'm not exactly sure what it was called but it was sooool good!!!!! I also got an eel avocado ? and and a spicy tuna roll!!!! It is some of the best sushi I have had since moving to the quiet corner!!!!Parking: Usually you can find a spot easily!!!! Thankfully there is plenty of spaces because there is also a few other small businesses ?Kid-friendliness: They are very good with my 2 year old!!!! They ask if he is getting anything and offer kid friendly options!!!!

The sushi was great. I made a take out order 45 minutes ahead of time and I still had to wait over an hour for my food once I got there. They're very disorganized. Gordon Ramsey probably need to pay them a visit to straighten things out.

Got 4 Special rolls of sushi and they were very very good! I was honestly shocked by how large the pieces were on one of the rolls I got and it was so tasty! I didn't get to eat there so I can't comment on staff, service etc but the hostess who checked me out for my carry out order was very friendly. The place smelled fantastic. I'll need to go back and try some of their non sushi dishes
