Stepping into Zips is like walking into a time machine! The vibe is unmatched and consistent. I have been coming here all my life and its still the same great diner. Food is excellent, service is excellent, nothing bad to say here!
I love diners. 9 out of 10 times they serve a simple menu with just plain good food and Zips didn't let us down. The biscuits and gravy was the star with a light, fluffy delicious biscuit covered in sausage gravy. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns had that perfect crunchy outside and hot, smooth inside. Reasonable prices and an owner who made not only the locals but everyone feel welcome. Small so seating is limited but worth the wait.
